Defective product
I wasted days (and nights) trying to get this to work. Finally did the sleep study one night, but then never could get it to upload despite many multiple tries and restarting everything. . Very frustrating to have spent all that time for nothing.
No access to your data
Frustrating that I just used their product, inputted all my data, slept with the device on and have 0 way or reviewing the data? In Europe this would violate GDPR

Using this app put me on the road to getting myself fully diagnosed with sleep apnea (which I’d never even heard of before). By suggesting I may have sleep apnea after using the device. I contacted a consultant and was fully diagnosed as suffering with sleep apnea. I was then given CPAP treatment which has completely changed everything for me. After years of feeling tired and consumed with brain fog. I can now function normally and can’t believe what a difference it all has made.

It can’t keep a connection!
I’ve tried 2 sunrise devices so far, one disconnected within minutes and would never reconnect, the second disconnected after 2 hours and again would never find the device again. I have several Bluetooth devices 0 have any issues. Poorly made devices with no way to reconnect if they lose connection
