Defective product
I wasted days (and nights) trying to get this to work. Finally did the sleep study one night, but then never could get it to upload despite many multiple tries and restarting everything. . Very frustrating to have spent all that time for nothing.
No access to your data
Frustrating that I just used their product, inputted all my data, slept with the device on and have 0 way or reviewing the data? In Europe this would violate GDPR
App is buggy
Unable to complete registration as the “country” button won’t activate. This is bad.
