Horrible APP but what can you expect from someone linked to British Airways
Absolutely useless app, likely intentionally
This app simply does not work and the creators must know this. Good luck to anyone trying to get their travel compensation.

Worked alright
Nothing super special about it, but I didn’t seem to have the same problems that other users had.
TERRIBLE - just awful
Simply does not work for a family travelling together.
Being forced to use this app was the worst half an hour of my life. Soooo limited, kept failing, kept rebooting. Basically it’s a god awful app Airlines use to apologise for their god awful service

An app that doesn’t work…not at all!
British Airways sent a Swiipr voucher due to a much-delayed flight. I downloaded the app, opened an account, and followed instructions to add my voucher. Nothing. No response from the app. Tried again. Same result. Deleted my account, deleted the app, started over. Went through the steps. Still, no response. Given that almost every reviewer had the same result, or another problem that prevented using the voucher, British Airways surely knows about the inadequacy of the app, but has chosen to continue using it anyway. My opinion of British Airways would be better if it had gone nothing. The system it selected tells me it’s not interested in customer satisfaction.

Better than expected !
Given the 1 star rating I was sceptical on this app. However it was perfect . Downloaded the day before when we got the voucher , added to wallet , and easy to use in the airport . Could even use in Boots to get some last minute toiletries. Perfect really.
Doesn’t work
App would not load and saying my brand new iPhone on latest iso software it’s rooted. Very frustrating

Can’t get the app to work
Tried and tried to get this app to work. I got ad far as asking it to send a code. But then the space to put in the code did not load . It’s a complete waste of time

Initially the problem was the app did not recognize the code BA provided. Then it stop letting me log in. Waste of time

app doesnt let you download any voucher - a total waste of time and data to install as utterly useless.
Avoid
No part of this process works, you certainly can’t use it for payments. I think it might just be a scam to collect your details.
Miserably stupid app
Received emails concerning vouchers for a missed flight. Downloaded app. Followed directions, clicked the supplied links… no vouchers ever appeared. Multiple attempts… no voucher just a message saying add the vouchers below to you wallet. My wife’s vouchers showed. Given the rating of the app, I suspect this is a feature and not a bug. It makes me wonder whether this app is actually a Trojan and stealing everything off my phone. If you are forced to use this app to accept a voucher, I hope your experience is far better than mine. I’m hopeful that the airlines reconsider how they disperse their vouchers.

Worst app and system ever
So incredibly difficult to get this to work and anti-intuitive- genuinely seems that they just don’t want to give the passengers the funds

Couldn’t sign up - kept getting error message so good old BA didn’t actually give us any compensation voucher. Nice one, BA.

You will waste hours of your life trying to figure this out. BA will tell you to persist. What a terrible airline with a terrible app ban them both definitely don’t bother complain complain complain.
Great way to spend time when flight is delayed (not)
Card not authorized errors on every card reader. Full 16 digits not visible. No helpline/support. Great way for British Airways to increase shareholder profit
Don’t waste your time
Complete waste of time. App doesn’t work and email link just keeps going back to App Store.
Obviously too much to hope that British Airways would actually pay us anything for a long delayed flight.
