After signing up and entering the OTP, it will ask you to log in with another OTP and then you can add it to your wallet
Doesn’t work
I was given a voucher from BA, so i downloaded the app but it will not pull through the voucher. I deleted the app and tried again but still not pulling through the info. Complete waste of time and effort. I’m shocked that BA would use such a useless app to compensate their customers. This must save them money when people just give up and forfeit their compensation as they make it impossible to receive.

Very poor and frustrating
It’s almost like someone designed this app to make it nearly impossible to spend your vouchers in case of a flight delay. Appallingly slow, cumbersome, counter-intuitive - could go on. Back in the day, someone would just print out a voucher for you at the airport and that’d be that. Presumably someone somewhere has made a lot of money out of this app, which has done nothing but made the process much harder. Goodness knows how anyone who struggles with technology would cope with this rubbish.

Waste of time
Pity I couldn’t give this a no star rating. I have gone round in circles for nearly one hour, everything failed and had to be repeated.
When I finally got to the stage where the app said your cards are below, hey presto! No cards, unable to find a way to see them.

Rubbish and a scam
Total garbage. Doesn’t work. As others have said this is used by BA to be able to say they offered food voucher compensation for delayed flights hoping that people won’t bothered going through a manual reclaim process. Shameful and despicable
Log in doesn’t work
Able to log in ok earlier today when I registered but now I’m just getting error messages. Seem pretty useless. BA should find another way to issue credits. Meantime what is this app doing with my info?
Needs improvements
Letting go the fact that British Airways offered me a whopping $9 credit for something that completely messed up my travel plans, this app needs serious improvements. It prompts you to enter a phone number which if you type it too fast, it doesn’t accept all the digits. If you type it slow it works. Then you have to verify with a OTP via SMS which doesn’t work unless you have cell signal. It then tells me I’m not an existing user and I have to sign up. Repeat all that again. Finally it gives me the card to add in Apple Pay. This process needs streamlined. Way too many steps for a small credit.

Horrible APP but what can you expect from someone linked to British Airways
Absolutely useless app, likely intentionally
This app simply does not work and the creators must know this. Good luck to anyone trying to get their travel compensation.

Nothing super special about it, but I didn’t seem to have the same problems that other users had.
TERRIBLE - just awful
Simply does not work for a family travelling together.

An app that doesn’t work…not at all!
British Airways sent a Swiipr voucher due to a much-delayed flight. I downloaded the app, opened an account, and followed instructions to add my voucher. Nothing. No response from the app. Tried again. Same result. Deleted my account, deleted the app, started over. Went through the steps. Still, no response. Given that almost every reviewer had the same result, or another problem that prevented using the voucher, British Airways surely knows about the inadequacy of the app, but has chosen to continue using it anyway. My opinion of British Airways would be better if it had gone nothing. The system it selected tells me it’s not interested in customer satisfaction.

Better than expected !
Given the 1 star rating I was sceptical on this app. However it was perfect . Downloaded the day before when we got the voucher , added to wallet , and easy to use in the airport . Could even use in Boots to get some last minute toiletries. Perfect really.

Can’t get the app to work
Tried and tried to get this app to work. I got ad far as asking it to send a code. But then the space to put in the code did not load . It’s a complete waste of time

app doesnt let you download any voucher - a total waste of time and data to install as utterly useless.
Avoid
No part of this process works, you certainly can’t use it for payments. I think it might just be a scam to collect your details.
