Miserably stupid app
Received emails concerning vouchers for a missed flight. Downloaded app. Followed directions, clicked the supplied links… no vouchers ever appeared. Multiple attempts… no voucher just a message saying add the vouchers below to you wallet. My wife’s vouchers showed. Given the rating of the app, I suspect this is a feature and not a bug. It makes me wonder whether this app is actually a Trojan and stealing everything off my phone. If you are forced to use this app to accept a voucher, I hope your experience is far better than mine. I’m hopeful that the airlines reconsider how they disperse their vouchers.

So incredibly difficult to get this to work and anti-intuitive- genuinely seems that they just don’t want to give the passengers the funds

Couldn’t sign up - kept getting error message so good old BA didn’t actually give us any compensation voucher. Nice one, BA.

You will waste hours of your life trying to figure this out. BA will tell you to persist. What a terrible airline with a terrible app ban them both definitely don’t bother complain complain complain.
Great way to spend time when flight is delayed (not)
Card not authorized errors on every card reader. Full 16 digits not visible. No helpline/support. Great way for British Airways to increase shareholder profit

Beyond Useless
I never leave app reviews - but this app takes the cake. It’s so bad, that even I have taken to leaving a review.
1) OTP errors every time. I can’t even create an account, let alone spend the worthless €8.
2) My friend was able to get the OTP to work, after several attempts. None of the shops would accept the payment.

Unusable
Forced to install and sign up to claim a single-use voucher for delay compensation. Claims my number cannot be validated, cannot proceed. Absolutely unusable.

Don’t bother
This is the dumbest app ever. It just doesn’t work. The login is difficult; and once that’s figured out you’re forced to add the card to your wallet, but if your region doesn’t allow that you’re stuck and the card is unusable. Do everything you can to get a physical voucher so you can avoid this train wreck

Forced app by British Air
I’ve spent an hour so far trying to get it to acknowledge my info but keeps sending internal error issues. App itself has poor touch recognition. British Airways said there was a link to access and download this app to access voucher but it doesn’t work.

Takes you in circles so BA can pretend to give you compensation. Gives you 20 mins of frustration while you wait for your delayed flight
