Terrible design

Very hard to pay a bill on this app. They do not make it intuitive or easy. You have to search every single page. Nothing obvious or easy to PAY A BILLL. Not clear about why they make it so hard but they do!!

Last 3 months I haven’t been able to use. I hit a feature button and it says feature not available. Try to make a payment it’s say feature not available. Try to shop phones it says access denied

WORST SERVICE EVER

I haven’t had an account with them for some time and I got my lines switched from t mobile to Verizon canceling my t mobile and I just woke up to T mobile taking almost $68 out of my bank like what the heck?! They just rob you even after you don’t have an account with them anymore and can’t dispute anything with my bank yet since it was just taken out.. yall are a dang joke.. smdh

Fix the bugs!

The main reason I have this app is to maintain the features of my kids’ sync up watches. There are CONSTANTLY problems with this feature and it is very frustrating to not be able to do simple tasks.
