Love it, but…

I love the app. I use it every week. But lately, it’s been making me put a pin in to be the primary account holder. I used to be asked this one a month or so and would just say skip and move on. But now, it’s every week, and it won’t let me skip. I have to delete and redownload the app. Usually that works, but today I’ve done it multiple times and still can’t get into the app.

More and more flaky with each update.

Nothing makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside like T-Life telling you “You’re not eligible for these benefits!” even after years of being a T-Mobile Home Internet customer. Yes, if you log in all over again every time you open the app, you can eventually get to T-Life Tuesday Benefits, but the moment you close the app and open it again, it treats you like the red-haired cousin at the family reunion. And it seems I’m not the only one having this problem. Love the internet reliability. Not too crazy about the app telling me I don’t belong.

Wouldn’t recommend

This app is just awful sometimes. And you would think it would be almost perfect considering a lot of parents use this to pair with their childrens’ watches and see locations. Every time I open it, my child’s location is delayed or not working.

App Issues

I really like the app and receiving free items and also playing the games to try and win prizes. But I really dislike the fact that the app logs you out and when trying to log back in it gives you a hard time to get back in the only time I can actually use my app is every Tuesday. I almost feel like it’s false advertisement, I almost had my last week of choosing coupons to redeem so that I didn’t can earn a $5 gift card and it wouldn’t allow me to login 🤬🤬🤬. I really feel like it was done purposely so they don’t have to issue the gift card . Have anyone else had this issue?

A joke

The trail is a joke, tried to sign up 3 times, each time, after filling in (because it doesn’t save it) all the information it’s tells me, please try again, and yes my phone is unlocked, I checked.
Time to T-mobile off my list as possible cell phone companies to go to instead of Verizon
