Doesn’t work
Uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesn’t work. Says it needs update but there’s nothing to update

I’ve never had this app work one single time. They keep pushing it, but it never works. It just says currently not available. Go to t-mobile.com every single time.

Don’t use T mobile!
It’s honestly comical how bad T-Mobile’s service actually is. I knew switching carriers could come with some differences in coverage, but I never imagined I’d be paying for a phone that feels practically useless half the time.
Data is unbelievably slow. Half the time I can’t even load a basic webpage, app, picture, or video without waiting forever or giving up completely. Calls constantly drop, audio cuts in and out, and there are places where my phone shows service but apparently that service is just there for decoration because nothing actually works.
What makes it even more frustrating is hearing about how great and extensive T-Mobile’s network supposedly is. My actual experience couldn’t be further from that. Having a brand-new phone with an unlimited plan doesn’t mean much when the network can’t reliably handle a phone call or load a webpage.
I’ve had other carriers that weren’t perfect, but T-Mobile has somehow managed to set an entirely new standard for terrible service. At this point, getting something to load on the first try feels like a special occasion.
If you’re considering switching to T-Mobile, do yourself a favor and make absolutely sure the coverage is good everywhere you actually spend your time. I seriously regret switching.
