Location Updates
Please add a feature to check my location before I check out. Especially if I’m 2 hours away. I’m sure some Taco Bell in BFE WV hates me right now. I’ve had this happen twice.

App locks an hour before store closes
Let's you place entire order before telling you it's locked you out an hour before closing. No more taco bell for 3 months. I'll give my money to other companies that don't want to keep me from using app exclusive deals at night.
Doesn’t work
I’ve used many other food apps, McDonalds, Chick Fil A, Tropical Smoothie, Chipotle, Panera - you name it I’ve used it. Taco Bell’s app has been the worst. It needs constant updates to even function, when you update it never works. Won’t open, won’t connect, and time is precious I’m not gonna sit and wait for it to decide to work, it defeats the purpose of getting fast food. Sorry Taco Bell, fail on this app. Idk why everyone says they love it.

Mobile Ordering
Constantly messes up when mobile ordering. Double orders. Charges bank account but doesn’t send Order to store. Overall hands down the WORST app out of all of the major fast food chains

Errors in calories as of 7/14/26
A couple of the sugar sweetened beverages are listed as having zero calories, which is impossible.
Doesn’t even work
Used to love yalls app, had the best rewards and food loved it. But now it keeps kicking me out of my account and now it won’t send me my code to get back in my account , and if I try to use the online website it still doesn’t work. The only cheap way to eat from yall now I gotta spend $30 instead of 18$ if I want to eat from yall, idk it’s just absurd. Ik one customer doesn’t mean anything to yall but im done from ordering from yall till som gets fixed

Billion dollar company can’t make an app that works
Lost multiple orders due to location bug
The app has a serious location bug. It often keeps the previous restaurant location without making it obvious, so my order gets sent to the wrong Taco Bell. This has happened to me multiple times. I end up paying for food that I never receive. Even worse, the “Cancel Order” option appears but never actually works. Please fix the location selection and make it much more obvious before placing an order.

This app is jus completely broken
Whenever I tried to checkout and pay for my items in cart I would be faced with a pop-up saying “Uh-oh! There was a problem checking out with your cart.” Truly a POS app.

Their app took $20 from me
I tried ordering a pickup order from their app. The app kept saying there was an error and to try again later. I kept trying to push through with the order several times and kept getting the same message. I ultimately gave up and went to the drive thru to order my food there. About an hour later I see that my order did in fact go through and that my order was ready, wasting my $20. I tried contacting Taco Bell support and put in a claim about it several days ago and haven’t heard anything since. I will never be eating at Taco Bell again.

Every time I try to place a order it loads for like 10 minutes and never fully goes through, but take the money out of my bank. The app needs to be updated.
Free food and working rewards
If youre not super well off if you create an account you can get a 5 layer for free, that was incredibly helpful to me and i was really grateful, the burrito was also awesome
