I hate the new app
The new app doesn’t not work as well as the old app. There are times I have just given up and ordered elsewhere due to issues with this app version.
There was nothing wrong before
New app is absolutely garbage. It’s hard to find anything, it’s cluttered, doesn’t show previously ordered customers anymore. Garbage.
1 star the new app sucks as much as their prices now
Literally worst app I’ve ever had to use for any fast food place! Shows you a full menu, but when you try to finish and pay they tell you “uh oh! Items unavailable” yet fails to tell you which items are allegedly unavailable.
Gift Card Issue
I think it’s CRAZY I can’t use the remaining balance of my gift card if my order amount exceeds what is left on the gift card. The old app let me pay the difference.
New design is ugly and counterintuitive - please go back to the previous model.

They re-organized all of the customizations and it’s actually harder to edit your order now.

No longer useful
App updated, no longer has a search bar. People don’t open the TB app to see what’s new. Get real.
New update
New update won’t let me order anything. Keeps saying something went wrong.
Glitched
I tried to order food a few dozen times through the app and every time I would it would take a long time to process and then after all the waiting it would say uh oh there was a problem and even after the update I was hoping it would work but nope it still doesn’t let me order anything just a menu app tbh.

app hasn’t worked for months for me it refuses too let me pay for the order and will infinitely load and now i have invisible items in my cart that i can’t remove and it won’t let me order for them being out of date or some wack excuse
New update
The new update honestly sucks, I can’t change the location for delivery and it just picked the farthest Taco Bell from me. I miss the old setup, it was a lot better
App won’t let me check out
I’m disappointed I want to order a mobile exclusive and it has a error every time I go to check out
Bad update
Ui is bad, the specialty items always say they're out and I can't order.
Payments Broken
Since the last update the payment system is completely broken. Won’t let me use anything but Apple Pay. Also can’t apply the remainder of a gift card to an order and pay the remaining total. Unusable.
Fresco gone??
The Fresco option is now gone after the app redesign! I’m allergic to dairy and often order Taco Bell for speed and convenience. But reading through all the ingredients to find which contain my allergens and then paying almost a dollar extra for pico without any discount for taking out all the dairy products? Not fast or convenient.

horrible new update
This new update is garbage. It’s so confusing, not user friendly. The old app was so easy to use. I seethe with anger every time I place an order now trying to figure out how to use the app. Please change it back. Why “fix” something that wasn’t broken in the first place.
