First try at tai chi it felt great

I’m enjoying this so far I’m excited too continue my program! Thank you

First Timer

Loved it. First day for Tai Chi. I work out at the gym but this is a great comfortable pace.

Question

I am a male. Is this for me? There was a female instructor on this one.

Enjoyable

Very easy follow along.

Workout

Loved it!

My view

Another tough day. With my age and banged up shoulder and long ago injured knee I feel very weak but I enjoyed the past month and can see positive gains. I will continue to go onward and stick with it to see what results I can over a long haul. I think the program is great and hope many seniors can get a real sense of accomplishment. At my age my hope is to maintain and not lose ground. That will be a good benefit for me. Thanks 😊

Accessibility

I’d like to thank you as a blind person so far the app has worked nicely except for the first two or three screens or pictures a screen reader on an iPhone won’t read the pictures. Hopefully things will continue as they are.
