User reviews

Disappointing

I downloaded this app as I’m a wheelchair user and my GP suggested chair t’ai chi.
However, upon review, it seems that after day three you’re expected to be standing.
Seriously folks, why waste my time and your reputation like this.
Deleted on first day, after reviewing the exercises.

Easy Workout For Wife

This is a great workout plan for people with very limited strength and mobility. I also use it to warmup for weight training. For stronger individuals recommend adding dumbbells at an appropriate weight on some exercises or change to a higher level Chair Tai Chi workout. 😊
