Terrible service.
Their taxis can take ages even though the app says a wait time of approx 15mins you can wait over 40mins for a taxi.

You need to improve the map. Either allow us to drop a pin on where we desire to be picked up, because when drivers don’t read the street signs and only follow the given GPS, a lot of them get really rude about it.

AVOID: Added extra charges after quoting different price
I would avoid this app. I used it to book a trip and was quoted a certain price only to find that additional charges had been added on afterwards. It did not show what these were for but apparently could be due to waiting, tolls etc. I was out for my taxi at the booked time and we had a clear run to my destination with no traffic nor tolls/fees so I don’t know why they should automatically be able to charge me extra on top of the quoted fair without justifying what the additional charge is beforehand. Might as well just give them free access to my bank account to take as much as they like. Dishonest fiddle in my opinion.

Awful when updating
When updating it signed me out ‘for security’ then wouldn’t open again for me to sign back in. Deleted it instead as can’t be done with all this stuff causing issues when just trying to book a taxi

Classic either fail or tactics.. 100,000 notifications?! …You are clearly cheating the system and poorly managing your app. Not to mention another company’s driver took a booking then refused to take someone, allegedly an “app” issue. Idiots.

I kid you not I had 10,000 notifications over the course of a week. Cleared them then 100,000 in 3 days. I have screenshots but I’m unsure how to attach them. This is ridiculous 😭

Good app, very expensive fares since the fixed rate has come in so now the most expensive in Plymouth
Oops message
Every time I try to book a trip, I get the ‘oops’ message and to try again later! However, I only get the ‘oops’ message. Then I phone, only to get the irritating message to get the app!
Doesn't work
Still haven't fixed the multitude of bugs since the upgrade last year. Says a lot that all the recent reviews are saying the same thing and all negative. Maybe stop using the intern to to do the UX testing? Pre booking NEVER works. Unbelievable it's still not sorted after 6 months. Does any developer ever read these?

Garbage
Barely works compared to the old one. All my notification texts came through 10 and a half hours late. The app is not good at telling you that your cab is on the way

How much are they loosing because the picture verification doesn’t work anymore. Use need a cab as this app is hopeless
Terrible App & Service.
New app is terrible, much harder to navigate around it. Also, the service has dropped recently as well. Having to wait 20+ mins pass my requested pick-up time on a regular basis. Avoid. Use Uber instead.
Awful useless company
If you need a taxi fast, this is not your company. Hopefully uber hurry up and makes it to Plymouth because the terrible taxi services in Plymouth need a massive kick up the behind

The second driver of the day who picked me up from Derriford Hospital in a White Toyota Prius at approx 11:30 today 25/11:24 was great. He drove very well and we had a good chat and a few laughs. He was polite and had a great smile. It was a pleasure to be driven by him
Why pre book???????
AVOID THIS APP… They have to fix this app … the old app you pre book and your book is on time on this one you pre book and your taxi is late over 30 minutes … THATS A JOKE !!!!!!!
Removed all my info
I’ve reviewed each taxi driver for years, I had credit on the app too. Suddenly all my info is gone and account removed. New app layout too? Doesn’t run as well and incredibly frustrating I have to start from zero.
