Appointment Links in emails and texts have been inconsistent in usability for more than three years. About a third of the time I have had to use a workaround to connect, losing precious appointment time.
Sound quality seems poor at times
It’s hard for me to hear what my therapist is saying at times because the sound is choppy.

I want to provide a review indicating that if immediate assistance is required or if detailed guidance is needed to address significant issues in your life, telehealth services are highly beneficial. My therapist, Keeley, utilizes this service effectively. Patience and I are currently navigating various challenges, and telehealth allows me to manage my appointments efficiently. For example, I can attend a session remotely from my car for a brief period before proceeding to my doctor's office, where I can handle additional medical matters. Therefore, I highly recommend considering telehealth options.
