Caron Hefner is the best therapist I’ve ever had. We clicked right from the beginning. I’ve been seeing her for over a year now. She encourages me. She tells me the truth about situations. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great therapist.

Idea
I was recently incarcerated. One of the people I wanted my mom to notify was my therapist. Due to confidential issues she could not get ahold of her. I think a button or link needs to be added to contact provider immediately with a notice from next of kin or whomever.
Counseling
Great way of meeting with a counselor who I had in the past but I moved 3,000 miles away. He knows my history and knows me so we can continue to meet.

It is good on my moms computer but on my phone it is hard to connect soo it probably won’t work on a phone but you can try it out it might work out on your computer the computer works fine have a great day Jesus love you 💕

I like the service because I can have my appointment from the comfort of my home. Plus my provider is too far to drive to.
Telehealth rocks!
I have great gratitude for Telehealth because it allows me the opportunity to receive the care from which I benefit while in the comfort of my home. I reside in a rural area and traveling to appointments can be a hardship. I feel well connected to my healthcare professional through Telehealth. My health has improved significantly.

Useful -> but glitchy
This app is incredibly necessary, but I would like it if it were less difficult to use. Don’t misunderstand, it’s not hard in a confusing sense, it just has functionality issues. It worked perfectly the first time I used it, (thankfully) and the second time was ok, aside from taking a while to get signed in. The third time, only audio worked, but at least I was able to have my appointment. The fourth time we ended up scrapping the app and using FaceTime. Today it took 5 min extra to get connected, but was working perfectly after that. I’m not sure if this helps, because you use what you have to use, but FYI… App could use improvement.

Very bad wouldn’t let me turn on my camera even though it was on in my settings and was lagging very bad. Just use Google meet.
