Nothing on circadian rhytms

This app is super cheap, yet it should be free because it gives you absolutely nothing useful for your $1.39. I already know not to drink coffee after 6pm and that i’m most productive before 6pm, everybody does.
It doesn't show you the up and down cycles that change throughout the day to guide you. Wasted a dollar. Forget about a subscription.

Cool Idea that Needs to be Fleshed Out

This is one of the few apps that I wish actually had notifications. It’s nice to be able to use this as a planner, but it’s pretty bare-bones. I’m looking forward to seeing where this app goes. It has a lot of potential.

Disappointing

Whilst the app is well presented and is easy to understand, I was really disappointed overall. You merely select you bedtime, meal times, etc... a calendar appointment will offer the same functionality. There is nothing clever or intuitive with regard to your own unique body clock, which was the impression the description and the website game me.

Response from developer

Lighting is the primary signal for body clocks. There is more commonality than differences among people. Better to schedule based on sunlight and manage other light. Current useful features of the app include Apple Watch complications that serve as gentle reminders, study of year-round sunlight with time-travel, and guided (constrained) scheduling with gestures.

Useless

Waste of money. Extremely limited. It will not worth even a penny

Response from developer

The app and the approach behind it are simple but effective. It's extremely difficult to change habits. Recurring reminders on the watch are helpful.

I paid for this

The app has no value. It does nothing, nothing.

Response from developer

It takes determination and patience to build healthy habits and see good results. This app’s watch complications gently remind and nudge users in the right direction. Should be able to help many users.

Genius

That’s a genius way to know what to do at a certain time of the day. Got try it out.
