Does not work

This app is useless. It only takes you so far when trying to pay your bill, then stalls. No sense in starting over, it does not work.

Awful

Awful

Mostly works…

Most functions work but when I want to print a Texas Liability card the button doesn’t work. I have to go to the website to print.

Wish I could give zero stars

This app use to work, now it tells me “can’t seem to find my account” when I just signed in online either the same info!

Mixed reliability

Having an app is great, having an app that “sort of works” creates expectation havoc that ultimately creates less convenience because the expectation of a function checks off a mental “that’s done” check box, when in reality it is NOT. Thus leaving the user scrambling for alternative methods in highly inopportune moments.

In my case, the share button is non-functional, and there are 20 policies in my quick access area, including cars that have not been on my insurance for YEARS. Claims handling and navigating once inside the app is fine. But expected functionality must work consistently.

Why bother

Why bother creating an app if it’s going to be so short on features and fail at those it professes to include? A simple thing like sending an insurance card to a family member is broken and impossible.

Not good

App is like a rough draft that got used as the final. Face ID is useless as it never signs you in. No print option for ID cards from app. It looks like there is but it does nothing. Most things you have to go to web. Not
Sure of any real benefit of using app. They should just pay someone to fix it. Not sure if anyone with tx farm bureau uses it.

Bad app

App constantly has issues

App not good

It would be nice to click make a payment and a new window open with amount due by when and account info but instead you have to enter everything and make a payment. When clicking save card it never does, and ever since maybe a year ago when trying to process a payment it never loads so now i have to call and make payments.

Payment processing

Multiple times I have processed payments only for them to not go through and have to end up paying late. Even after pressing continue and done after putting in my payment information I’ll check on it a couple days later once I realize nothing has been pulled out and it will say I’m late to pay. This has happened on numerous occasions and I’m unsure at this point if it’s the app’s functionality or the insurance company.

Set up alerts

They need to move the membership payment option or reminder upfront and not behind a menu option. We see it once a year so forgetting about when to make a payment is not uncommon. Place it as a banner on top of the home landing page to address the payment concern and make it a clickable action to lead the member to process the payment. It should also be up 30days prior to due date to catch members when they are making their monthly payment.

TLIC

Need my Texas Liability card. There is no where to get it all I get are things not related to my insurance.

New App

I don’t like the new update on this app it shouldn’t have been updated too much to do to get into the app the old version was better than this one.

I can’t get my digital ID

Every single version of this app has never pulled up my ID card! it is always a hassle to get it!

Pretty Incomplete

I’ve been a client of TxFarmBureau for several years. I try to pay everything online via mobile apps when possible. Currently, I have 6 policies but only Home and Auto show on the app. Umbrella and Inland policies don’t show unless I jump onto the web site. Surely, you can do better.

Viewing/using app

This app is evidently made to use on cell phones. I don’t!
I need to see a larger version because of my vision. When I zoom, only the print increases, not the outside of the rectangle, so zooming does not help me.
I can’t use it.😢

What is wrong

Is something wrong with the app? it worked just fine on September 6 when I paid my auto insurance. when I got on two days ago to pay my homeowners insurance all I get is a blue screen. I had to pay over the phone and pay the 3.95 fee for two separate bills. Will this be fixed soon? I don’t want to pay a fee every time and I live almost 30 minutes away from the office. so paying in person is not an option either.

App won’t open after update

After the update the app won’t open. My screen turns blue and blank. I’ve turned off my phone, shut down, restarted and the app still won’t open. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work.

Horrible

I have tried and tried to get this app and all I see after I download it, is a big blue screen. This needs to be fixed asap.

App not loading for iOS 18

App just loads a blue screen after updating to iOS 18, it was working before the update.
