Appalling
This is actually the first time ever I’m leaving bad review for anything, but i honestly can’t believe how ignorant they are. I tried to contact customer service 6 times. By email and other platforms. They replied once on Instagram asking for my details and then completely ignored me. I tried to contact few more times. No reply. Nothing. I’ve never experienced worse customer service. The amount of recipes in the app is ridiculous and totally not worth the money. I own 2 books and enjoy them, but the app and customer service is a total joke!

Scam
App will charge your for a free trial, they say it’s clearly stated that it’s only for a yearly membership which is a complete lie do not purchase you will not get a refund. Horrible scam for an already horrible app
PAY WALL
This app has a subscription you are forced to get in order to use the app and so nit worth using.
Meals
The app is such a great idea and with the shopping lists, meal prep etc it has so much potential. BUT the one thing that is really frustrating me is the meals, most of the meals you find on the website are not on the app. This means constantly flicking between website and app trying to find the meals, instead of them being all in one place. I feel yes 2 star is harsh and I do want to give a higher rating. But until this issue gets resolved I can’t give a higher rating, especially when you are paying that much for a yearly subscription, you aren’t necessarily getting all to offer.
