Beware! Auto-Change Seat Selection
Do not use this app, it’s super buggy and caused me to lose the seat I had paid for and they can’t seem to change it back. I paid extra for the seat I previously had but now it auto-moved me to some center seat. They now asked me to send an email to get refund of the seat I had paid for.

Absolutely useless
Thailand should be embarrassed by the poor functioning of this app. It always knocks back my credentials so I reset my password and it still knocks it back. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a worse useless app. I shudder to think about what else they botch up! I booked with another airline out of frustration!

Royal Orchid flop
Unfortunately my experience with the Thai Airways app has been a huge disappointment. Between passwords and pin numbers and being logged out, it’s impossible to reset your password when you’re sent a new pin and there is no where to enter this. Despite asking for help, absolutely zero customer service. For a fantastic airline this side is a massive failure. Please get it sorted Thai airways.

Email OTP to GMAIL
I am unable to update my passport details as there is no email otp coming to my gmail account. I am using an Iphone 15 pro max.
Obvious wins left out
App functions fine - but really, a web view for check in that’s just your site? Also because you load your site in a web view for check in the deep links for add to apple wallet don’t work at all - and then there is no way to get the apple wallet boarding pass via the normal site. Legit just get Claude to build you the same check in flow you have on web on native, it’s not that hard guys.

Worst AP for airline I ever used
I fly all over and have many airline apps downloaded. Thai Airways, both online and the app is the bottom of the barrel for me. Had to go through the sign up process 3 times before it would finally let me sign in. Then when I put in my booking and found my flight a went to view my selected seat, the AP crashed and now I can’t seem to find my flight anymore. Same experience online as with app. And both are incredibly sluggish and slow. Just a terrible experience. On my way to Chiang Mai airport 3 hours early for my flight to hongkong just to make sure I have extra time encase I run into trouble.

Horrible app doesn’t work
I spent 15 minutes creating an account to find out I can’t log in for no reason. Then tried to sign in with Google and get a message saying first name can’t contain numbers….i wasted so much time trying to use the app. Unbelievable

자동 로그인 기억하기 설정 해도 매번 메일로 인증 받아야 하고 예약 정보 다 입력 하고 나서 오류 나거나 초기화면으로 돌아가는 문제 자주 발생 함 앱 초기 화면에서 로그인을 했는데 예약 정보 입력 하면서 무슨 로그인을 또 요구 하고 보안 OTP는 왜 이렇게 자주 요구 하는지 이해도 안가네. 만든 개발자 뇌를 열어서 우동 사진 만들었는지 확인해 보고 싶다. 예약 하다가 오류 나고 팅기고 30분 째 오기로 다시 해 보다가 그냥 내가 졌다.. 트립가서 예약 할게. iPhone 10년 넘게 사용 하면서 앱 리뷰는 처음 달아 보네.배민 리뷰 이벤트도 그냥 귀찮아서 안 하는 인간인데 이앱은 꼭 리뷰 달아 줘야 되겠다

The developer should be fired. I cannot log in. What a waste of time.
Online check in issue
The menu picks for country of citizenship are not functional and thus prevent the completion of the online check in.

Not very good!
A useless APP when it comes to signing up to its Royal Orchid club. You go through the whole process and it sends you a one time code to confirm your email, then nothing! No follow up email to give you your member number which you need to sign in! It’s useless!

Thailand is the best for tourist to visit and it offer with different regions with different activities for tourism with ecology system.
Thai airway offer different class suit with your budge with many flights with different time per day and direct flight to bkk like TG 472 to from Bangkok to Sydney as was favourite night flight and arrive mid morning. It such a perfect time to landing and different trafficking at the airport on arrival.
The seat is comfy and the Thai airway offer different variety of inflight catering by rotating clean food and beverages on consumption to a passenger depend on destination. Every crew be aware of intoxicate on the flight and we show we care of elderly people as they could get sick from drinking in the air .
A tip is no one won’t eat rich food or heavily drink when they travel long flight as is with air pressure and feel uncomfortable for digestion mainly to move or adjust yourself in the limited of a seat movement .
I would prefer light meal, not too rich in contented with rich sauce but lightly sauce is a must to consider when u do inflight catering , more clean fruit , salad or less steam veg as is over heat and not look fresh and with dessert with a small portion but more biscuit with cheeses and nuts as Aussie love it when they drinking. We should upgrade the wine or cut cost in food but increase a small cost in beverage on demand just to control a budget by not too spend or over limited .
It is safety with security on boarding every flight as flight crew has been train with emergency procedure like CPU or first aid certificate is a must to rescue the minor passengers to survive before escalate to a doctor or nurse who might boarding on the same flight with you to assist u.

The crew will give you a declaration form to fill in and pls dispose the food , fruit item as is require for Australian immigration multi culture.
please declare if u have food or tick in an appropriate box section and all the crew will advise you if you unsure the item pls tick YES to avoid the big penalty fine as the bag could get an xray with training dog and suspicious activity or item will escalate to a custom by searching and make sure you have a good answer if they interrogate you and make sure you have a right passport or visa to entry Australia as they now strictly up coming passenger mainly different categories of sub class visa and pls be aware as u require to comply for an entry condition of Australian government and u must adhere without fail to avoid cancellation of visa or the next flight back to your original flight as u could get banned and good evening , good bye and wish you luck and all the best as it will be stored on database and red flag .

I signed up to Royal Orchid membership program and completed my profile setup. However, when I later tried to sign in, I was unable to access my account for reasons that were unclear.
I also attempted to sign up and sign in using my Gmail account, but this was unsuccessful on both the app and the website for iOS and OS.
This has been a frustrating experience and has affected my confidence in booking with Thai Airways. What should have been a positive experience to starting to plan a holiday has instead left me feeling disappointed.
I hope this issue can be resolved because I flew a few times with Thai Airways and it was always a pleasant experience. With issues trying to log in and make a booking many customers will feel the same disappointment resulting in loss of business and consumer confidence.
I hope they get it right sooner rather than later and I hope this feedback will provide some insight to the developers so they can rectify the issue. ❤️
