I have been experiencing chronic pain for 5 years now with endometriosis and have found tapping really helps give some relief. Both of the pain itself and the stress and anxiety that it causes. Along with shifting negativity so I can still find the joy in the everyday things. I recommend this app a lot, as it allows you to keep a daily practice and tapping can shift your energy/ emotional state in amazing ways!

Beware the free trial
Update 14 July 26:
The company did make good on their offer to assist me when I emailed them. That said, I do still feel this needs more of a warning that the free trial is on condition of a year subscription, and if it’s said a reminder will come, then it should come.
I will say EFT Tapping does seem like a decent evidence-based approach.

Like many others, it seems, I didn’t realize the free trial I signed up for was attached to an annual trial.
While yes, I realize that I am ultimately responsible for my failure to properly read, I’m also floored that the “we will email you before your trial ends” never happened.
Just please be aware of the $101 yearly subscription if you sign up for the free trial.

Customer service is amazing
I had issues with my free trial and the App Store, and customer service addressed it quickly and efficiently. Very pleased.

Beware the free trial
The fact that a mental health app has apparently got some shady business practices is disheartening, to say the least. I saw the app advertised and thought I’d give it a try. EFT Tapping is fascinating to me, and I was honestly going through a pretty rough patch.
Like many others, it seems, I didn’t realize the free trial I signed up for was attached to an annual trial.
While yes, I realize that I am ultimately responsible for my failure to properly read, I’m also floored that the “we will email you before your trial ends” never happened. I feel like making that happen would be especially important to a company producing a mental health app, unless they’re predatory.
I’ve tried twice to use Apple’s automated refund request and been denied. I’m going to try to speak to a Senior Advisor on the phone today. I’m not holding my breath.
The $101 after taxes could have gone to many actually useful things like gas, car maintenance, or food, instead of lining the pockets of a developer who clearly is in this for the money and not to help people.

Charged during free trial
I canceled the app 2 days before my free trial ended, and they still charged me. Scammers.
The Best EFT App
I have been using this app for several years and I absolutely love it. They have thought of everything possible to include in the tapping sessions. These are very well put together and done with such care. Tapping has been one of the modalities that I absolutely love. It’s easy to do, takes very little time, and every time I do, I get great results. This for me is a mindsaver. It calms me and soothes me, and helps me regulate my nervous system so I can process things with more clarity and release the stuck energy and keep it from building up in my body.

Absolutely love it
By far my favorite tapping app. The meditations have helped me get my nervous system to calm down post mold exposure enough to fall asleep. Can’t recommend it enough. It’s a life saver!
Holy cow
I’ve been having trouble sleeping for ages. The first night I tried the app, I slept 6 hours uninterrupted. I won’t B.S. you, not every night (three weeks in) do I sleep the whole night, but I am definitely getting better sleep; and, more than half the nights, I’m not waking up at all.
Charged for a full year after trial
Update: The developer publicly replied to this review asking me to email them so they could “look into this and help however we can”. I did email them, but their private response was that Apple handles the billing/refund decision and they are unable to issue a refund themselves. I then contacted Apple and spoke with a live representative, who told me they cannot override the automated refund decision. So I am being sent in circles: the developer says only Apple can help, and Apple says they cannot override their own system. The only resolution I am seeking is a refund of the annual charge, since I do not use the app.

Just tried a sleep tapping meditation which helped a little, but to continue using the app beyond the free trial is very expensive.

Charged Without Notice
Very sad to see a $94 charge that I didn't authorize. Most companies send an email giving you a heads up that your trial period is ending soon. If you have a busy life and forgot to put the trial expiration on your calendar thinking you're going to get an email ... watch out because I checked my inbox and didn't get one. Instead, an entire expensive year was charged. I'm working on trying to get a refund. Will update the review if so.
