Overall, the app is fine. Does the bare minimum and isn't overly obtrusive for something that really just needs to be a visual guide for routines you want to follow. The problem is that there's no method of pre-configuring routines (or omitting via filter, if the developers are too lazy to add this functionality) to only use accessories that you have for your device. For example, if you have a Theragun Pro with a heated-head attachment, but not the cold-head attachment, you can't run a routine for knee pain because the routine REQUIRES that head. Looking through the steps in this example, that routine could use any head you own (or if you only have 1, it'd acknowledge that and let you continue), but instead you're met with an error that prevents you from continuing. More simply, if the routines are going to be locked down, then recommended routines in your feed should only reflect what accessories you've configured in your app.

Trash products that break easily and even worse support. They don’t appreciate your business.
They make chargers that break easily then stop manufacturing the chargers so you have to buy a whole new unit instead of a new charger. They don’t care about their customers. Timer keeps stopping
The routines are mostly ok. However for the last couple of updates, the timer keeps stopping when it gets to the non-Theragun sections I.e. stretches. That needs fixing.
Notifications
Stop the app telling me to enable notifications every time I use it. I don’t want notifications and I don’t want to be told to enable them. I’m an adult and I’ll use the app when I feel the need.

Good device, but I can’t change language in the application. I set English language, but it’s not effected in application, it’s still Germany language. Reinstalling doesn’t help.

Functionality
The app has all these 5-25 minute presets, but none allow you to go longer or not have the sound. I bought this for migraine and medial eye issues that require heat therapy. Having to restart is annoying. There should be a medium to high heat with vibration setting that stays on for a couple of hours.
If one prefers other music, it must played on a separate app if not a separate device. I’d like to be able to play my music apps without interrupting my therapy session. It would be nice if the app could connect with my music apps (YouTube, YouTube Music, Audible, and Apple Music) to help me get through my migraine episodes without restarting the session so I can doze off.
WHY can’t I connect this app and my usage data to the Apple’s Health, Sleep, Mindfulness, Vitals and Fitness apps via my phone and Apple Watch app at bare minimum!!!? The whole point in purchasing was to track usage data and symptoms.

Good idea, bad concept
The idea of this app is great but there many frustrations that comes with it too, so I think I will just go without it. First, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The wheel turns with nothing happening and no feedback. I'm trying to achieve something, I don't have time wait until this app feels like working. The other HUGE burden: without internet the app does not work at all! That is simply laughable. It like many people today: without internet it forgets everything, even it's own purpose and doesn't know what to do anymore. If I rely on this app, each a go offline, I can't use it. Until this app works offline, I'm out. There's many other small frustrations, but until these two things are fixed, this app is a real joke. I just want to point out that the idea itself is great, but the way it's done is too limiting.
