Excellent usability and customer service
I am new to TicketTailor but they have been FANTASTIC in responding to questions I have had setting up my box office, managing tickets, etc. On show night I had several people checking tickets in and they all said it went very smoothly, one teen even saying, “This is a great app!” I also appreciate TicketTailor’s ethos and commitment to the planet and to social causes, being a certified B Corp and with their Pennies for the Planet program. I’m a big fan!

Easy and practical to use
We hosted our first event with DatingBurgh for 100 people and it was the easiest way to build the page sell the tickets and then check in the guest to the event. We also sold at the door and that help us keep track of things. We could scan or check in by name and even check the door list before hand. Love it will definetly be using TT again.

Easiest event check-in
I run community events and the check in couldn’t be easier - I just search for the name as the attendee arrives and tick them off. If I need to add new registrations or edit details it’s super simple. I also added access for my team mates which meant a few of us could be checking people in at once. I love that Ticket Tailor is a b corp and I know they’re doing good for the planet. Their customer service is also really responsive and helpful. The only thing I would change is being able to email every attendee coming rather than just the person who ordered, adding a tick box to say ‘I have permission to add this attendees data’ as this makes it so easier to manage communications
