Easiest event check-in
I run community events and the check in couldn’t be easier - I just search for the name as the attendee arrives and tick them off. If I need to add new registrations or edit details it’s super simple. I also added access for my team mates which meant a few of us could be checking people in at once. I love that Ticket Tailor is a b corp and I know they’re doing good for the planet. Their customer service is also really responsive and helpful. The only thing I would change is being able to email every attendee coming rather than just the person who ordered, adding a tick box to say ‘I have permission to add this attendees data’ as this makes it so easier to manage communications

I’ve been using Ticket Tailor for our house concert events, and it has been such a great fit. So glad I took a chance on this company. Ticket Tailor is straightforward and user-friendly, but offers plenty of choices to customize your ticketing. As volunteers with other jobs, the app allowed our planning committee to track ticket sales for our event easily. Check-in at the event was a breeze, too. I’m looking forward to utilizing it for our next fundraiser.

Seamless and easy to use
Excellent app! Moved to ticket tailor over from ticketleap after countless frustration from their revamped system. Compared to that ticket tailor is a dream. Highly recommend.

I've hosted plenty of events before, but my experience with Ticket Tailor has been a game-changer. The customer service was excellent—responsive and incredibly helpful. The platform itself is incredibly easy to use, with a clean layout that made creating and advertising my event a breeze. The ticket sales and check-in process were smoother than I’ve ever experienced with any other platform. The reporting tools were also straightforward, making it so easy to keep track of everything.
One small issue we had was with real-time check-in. We had three ticket checkers, and while some scanned attendees in, it didn’t always update the checked-in list right away and we had to check them off on the doorless instead… so it might have been a syncing issue. But aside from that, everything else went off without a hitch.
I’ll definitely be using Ticket Tailor for all my future fundraising events—it’s the best tech I’ve used by far!

Perfect for magic show!
I’m a local magician and I used Ticket Tailor to sell tickets for my small close-up shows and it has been working great! I don’t have any experience with other ticket services but I don’t see any reason to try them!

I had no experience with ticketing apps, and really wish I’d found Ticket Tailor before faffing around with others!

Really speeds up the process of checking in ticket holders in our events. Easy for new staff to get used to.
LOVE Ticket Tailor!
Ticket Tailor is the best online platform for selling tickets. They are always rolling out cool new features. The company has stellar values and continues to operate like a small business even though they’re a global enterprise. The app does need a little clean up as I still have a little trouble getting it to sync quickly. Still, I’m not going anywhere. They’re the best!

Great way to easily sign in people for the event. Just make sure to follow all the instructions since it’s a different login from the regular ticket tailor account.
