Buggy and full of useless AI features
I used this app before the era of AI slop and it has since become bloated and difficult to navigate. Super disappointed returning to this service. This is for home cleaning - get back to basics. I kept getting sent in an infinite loop at the checklist screen between "create checklist in 1 minute" and selecting the number of rooms in the home. You guys. I have more than 1 minute. I do not need "features." I need a clean home. I would rather spend 5 minutes using a simple reliable tool than promised endless convenience only to be force fed slop.

Theft and unidentified people in our home
We booked a cleaning through TIDY and the individual who arrived was apparently not the registered worker we were expecting. During the cleaning, valuable property was taken, and the individual left with it.
We immediately reported the incident to the police and are now handling the matter through law enforcement.
What has been especially disappointing is TIDY’s response. Despite arranging for an individual to enter our home, the company has taken zero responsibility for what happened and has essentially left us to deal with the situation ourselves.
When you hire a cleaning service, you are trusting the company to properly vet and identify the people they send into your home. In our experience, that trust was seriously violated.
We would strongly encourage anyone considering this service to understand exactly who is being sent to their home and what responsibility the company will actually take if something goes wrong.

Unreliable
With one month’s notice, Tidy couldn’t find anyone to clean my house. Tidy is selling the fantasy of frictionless AI automation of human labor, but doesn’t actually create enough real human relationships in the real world to deliver services reliably.
Thieves
This service hires thieves. I had a cleaner come, ring the bell, and ditch the job. They claimed that they attempted to call. They didn’t call. They were over fifteen minutes late. The only way they tried to contact me was through an app. They would only partially refund me, so the cleaner got her cut of the day for doing no work, the service decided that her act on a chat page constituted me not coming to the door. It’s absolutely insane. Don’t use this garbage app.

Cleaner canceled 30min before
I scheduled a cleaning for 8am at a property I manage. I got a text at 7:30 when I was already almost at the property canceling the job. I was offered a credit for $25 on a $160 job, which I suppose is nice, but it’s just unacceptable to cancel a big job like this 30 minutes in advance.
