Awesome

It’s great

Free trial relies on you signing up for a year & remembering to cancel. Poor form for a reminder app

Yes, I know I can cancel for free in 7 days. I just don’t like the ‘forced continuity’ corporate heuristic. Especially for a reminder/organiser app.

Great app

I’m blown away by this thread it’s amazing!

Stop sharing info

Your “sharing “ my info prevents me from synching my calander wish you didn’t

Very disappointing

I’ve found the app really disappointing. I have yet to found any value in it and how it can help me. It is not at all user friendly and hard to navigate

Updated review

I’ve been using Tiimo for over a year now, and I have to say the updates since my last review have been really great. A lot of the things I mentioned before actually feel like they were taken into consideration.

What I love most is that the app keeps its simplicity, but still allows for creativity. I can customize my layout to fit my style without feeling overwhelmed by too many options. The built-in color schemes are vibrant without being “too much,” which makes it fun and motivating to use.

I especially appreciate how the day is divided into morning, day, and evening sections, which keeps things from feeling cluttered. The drop-down lists are another favorite—being able to expand or shorten them makes my schedule feel manageable.

One of the biggest highlights for me has been the new AI integration. I actually suggested this in my original review, so seeing it added was amazing! It’s still new and could be expanded, but it’s already a great feature that makes planning easier.

Since these updates, I’ve been using Tiimo more consistently, and I can honestly say it helps me stay on track throughout the day.

A few things I’d love to see in the future:
• More adaptations to the AI features.
• A true home screen view—being able to see tasks and check them off directly from my home screen without fully opening the app would be so helpful.
• A way to schedule travel time between activities, so that “empty space” actually reflects the time I spend driving or transitioning, not just free time.

Overall, Tiimo is still my favorite ADHD/autism-friendly planner. It’s colorful, simple, and motivating, and I can see it only getting better from here.

YAS

I love this APP

Love the app

Love the app

I LOVE THIS APP!

It is so helpful for me to stay on task and to not forget my tasks as an ADHD person who often gets distracted and off course.

Using the free trial

Great app that helps a lot. I use it and tie in my existing framework and AI agents and they work together well. I will start compiling a list of suggested improvements. I’ll send an email.

Good

Good

Beautiful and so far so good, I’m just cheap lol

So far I love it, and the little celebrations for each task completed. Maybe one day I’ll subscribe to a yearly (which is absolutely the better deal), I’m just cheap 😂

Great but

So i deleted all the stuff i had on my routine and made a new one and i did make a new one but then a day goes by and everything is gone only one thing is there and so i made a routine and again only one thing is there when i would really love it if you guys looked into this pls and thank you

Helpful could be more

Ai helps be add stuff to my to do list but the routine part of it could be better

Intuitive and Easy to Use!

As a business owner, I have a lot of organizational tools in my toolbox. The ADHD friendly format and ease of use of this product gets my vote. The ability to see things at a glance and switch them to another section easily is key. This app helps me maintain my laser focus, and the pomodoro timer and built in AI are an added bonus. This is my new go to planner! Well done Tiimo, well done! 👍🏻

Stay focused

Great at creating daily schedules as detailed as possible

Good but needs more options

I love this app however I would like more flexibility in repeating tasks like every few days or every few months which I can’t do. I don’t know if you can remove the original choices for sub tasks and I found it hard to navigate and set up. I’m still not sure if it’s full potential. The jury is still out for me whether I will keep it

How to ruin an app

I bought this app for research-based attention saving strategies. It helped my brain. Now when I open it it is full of clutter. The first thing is a pop up ad for an even higher tier than I already pay. There are gimmicky Clippy distractions, gimmicky types of tasks. It’s unbearable. And definitely makes it harder to get anything done. You used to be cool, Tiimo

One big frustration

No real instructions and an all but useless AI assistant means I’m stuck trying to figure out every single thing manually and in a way that doesn’t overwhelm. I honestly have no idea how this app is so highly rated. Something that’s supposed to help with neurodivergence should not have this steep a learning curve.
