App crashes
App version 2.1.0 crashes on my iPhone as soon as you open it.
It did not do that before this update.

If there were any bugs in the past, they seem to have been fixed. Very easy to create a claim / get a QR code.

Works as expected. Only they have a small issue with the German passport number. It needs an extra number/letter at the end which is technically not part of the „real“ number.

How to add cents
Im actually stuck with my last invoice which has some cents that I can’t add because there is no point to separate the cents but only a comma that the app doesn’t accept. I’m so upset about it and can’t find any solution online

Tax refund not issued till date
My tax refund amount was around 1000 dollars it’s not issued till date.
keyboard has no decimal

It does not let me enter the value for the items. It keeps giving errors.
Works great and fast
Maybe 15 minute queue and my refund arrived in 48 hours. Simple app. I wonder if it’s needed since the guard at the airport asks all the exact same questions as the app anyway.

Wasn’t accepted in Sydney. You can spend all the time you’d like to enter in your receipts here one by one ahead of time and obtain a QR code, only to told upon arriving at TRS that it won’t be accepted and you’ll just end up filling out manual paper forms.
Bugs fixed
Whatever bugs there were, there aren’t anymore. I’m from the states and I downloaded this yesterday and used today. Super user friendly and self explanatory. I had no problem pulling up my QR code for the TRS agent at the airport.
Load invoices
App is easy to use. Why isn’t there an option to upload electronic invoices?

Managed to fill in my details pretty easily. No crashes. Not great experience but it works.

Not working
Can only input 1 invoice, not save for any other invoices that I input later. Need to do maintenance for this APP!
Display not working on iphone 13 pro max
After trying to add first invoice, back and save appears on top line together with time and unclickable. 1st invoice not saved.
Should increase number of invoices
