This app has been broken for months.
I have install installed and reinstalled it on my phone. Have no issues logging in with the same credentials online. But it doesn’t let me login on the mobile app.

This app is horrible. It often does not work. I have it on my iPad and iPhone. Currently it works on my iPad but doesn’t on my iPhone even though everything matches for username and password. When it asks for my info, birthday, email, etc. it says that the info doesn’t match. So why does it work on my iPad? As I said the app is worthless

Every time the app has an update it forces the user to re-enter the username and password and doesn’t retain any two-factor authentication information. It’s far easier to just use a web browser. I wish my firm would switch 401-k providers. Transamerica sucks.

The app hasn’t worked in 3-4 months. All I keep hearing is that the app will be fixed soon. When is soon?
