Never got verification code
Says you need to verify your phone number to redeem rewards. Tried sending the verification code countless times, but only ended up getting one a very long time after the fact and wasn’t able to successfully verify in the end.
Thank you
Charlie was able to remit my tickets and was very nice to work with.
Horrible UX
Signup is a nightmare. The forms aren’t tagged properly so they can’t be autofilled. Email string validation is broken so only gmail works and unnecessary because a link is sent anyway. The signup form doesn’t save the password. This is really poor work by someone who has clearly never used an iPhone.

Can’t make an account
I have to download this app to get points for a free trip. I try to make an account but the step where it sends verification email hasn’t worked. Ive tried re-triggering the email 5 times and tried making the account again to only receive the message that there’s already an account with my email.
No maps or route planning
It would be great if the app allowed for route planning and showed you where your closest station was located. It sucks to constantly have to switch between apps to figure out where you’re going.
Thank you
Charlie was able to remit my tickets and was very nice to work with.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded to connect my Lime account to get discounted rides to stations, when I click the blue ‘Connect’ button it opens the lime app but the lime app just stays at the map screen and nothing else happens.
Easy to use but no customer support
Using the App for Seattle but the support number is in New York (meaning they work east coast time). I got locked out and requested a password reset, 3 times. No email response. You call Kitsap transit and they give you a New York number for app support. Does me no good if they work east coast hours when I’m trying to buy a ticket after 5pm pacific time.
App is 5 star; customer support is 0.

Train & Bus in Seattle City
Easy to use. Used while on visit to Seattle, very convenient city routes to see all the sites, when combined train & King Metro Bus used. Excellent rate for Senior Day Pass. Thank you!
Visitor friendly
For visitors the app shouldnt make you look up what line you need. Frontload the trip planner option for people. Support apple pay and obscure credit card number for security
Charged x2 but no tickets
I bought tickets and got charged twice on my credit card. But no train tickets.

Not Helpful
It requires you to visit a physical location in order to purchase passes. What is this-1995?
Thieves and useless app
Just stole my $2. Charged my wisely card but saying no ticket available to use for king county metro. Refund my money now or I will put bad reviews everywhere.
