Easy to use but no customer support
Using the App for Seattle but the support number is in New York (meaning they work east coast time). I got locked out and requested a password reset, 3 times. No email response. You call Kitsap transit and they give you a New York number for app support. Does me no good if they work east coast hours when I’m trying to buy a ticket after 5pm pacific time.

Train & Bus in Seattle City
Easy to use. Used while on visit to Seattle, very convenient city routes to see all the sites, when combined train & King Metro Bus used. Excellent rate for Senior Day Pass. Thank you!

For visitors the app shouldnt make you look up what line you need. Frontload the trip planner option for people. Support apple pay and obscure credit card number for security

Thieves and useless app
Just stole my $2. Charged my wisely card but saying no ticket available to use for king county metro. Refund my money now or I will put bad reviews everywhere.

Cannot use on monorail
The app has a difficult user interface and does not explain that the monorail is not included. I wasted money on three tickets that aren’t usable on the monorail. Bad experience and wasted money.
Confusing
After completing the transaction the 2 tickets bought didn’t show up. I purchased them again and again the tickets didn’t show us under the available tab. I tried refresh and none. About a hour later I check my email and saw two receipts. I opened the app again and now I saw 4 tickets. As I an a tourist I was double charged for a one way trip because of this bug in the app.

The app will crash if you try to use the ‘leave at’ function of the trip planner.

Saving Trips?
Honestly this app is great and for the most part easy to navigate, but oh my god does it need to let you save your trips ahead of time!!!!! The amount of time I had to keep going into the app and checking, then it would disappear, etc just feels extremely dangerous to me! I should not have to screenshot every single trip. Just no.

I don't know what happened
I have used the Transit GO for months for my bus route, but the past two weeks the app has suddenly changed its "GO" routing and completely removed my route from the app, despite it still existing in person. Now I can't use the planning tools because they're giving me the wrong routes. I wish Transit GO would fix the error they introduced, I'm losing interest in a broken app.
