Unable to login to app
For App version 5.8.0 (will continue to update for as many versions as possible until issue resolved)
I have never been able to login into the app and I can’t get support for the app itself. I would have to create an X(Twitter) account or a Facebook account to get assistance? That’s wild. You should be able to get assistance directly from the webpage to start then go from there, not start with social media.
Also, update your MFA options. A cell number shouldn’t be the ONLY way for one of the big 3 Credit Bureaus!

Log in issues nightmare
Can never login in. Then redirect to a broke link website that mentions. We’re sorry spending went wrong.
Out of all credit reporting: this is the worst
Freeze needs to login to the browser and the website constantly has rendering error that kicks you out. Other like experian and equifax everything can be done on the app AND if needed the login to we page is easy.
Transunion REALLY needs to fix the website. There are many people already reported this issues for years.

Perfect simple credit app
This is the best free app for credit reports scores and monitoring. It’s easy to use and isn’t selling you a million things you don’t want. Much better than others out there.
Doesn't work
It won't accept my password and when it asked to send a code goes back to the beginning. It's not working.
Cannot log in
I can log in on line with my Android desktop, iPhone and IPad. But not when trying to use the app. Deleted it.

Can’t even unfreeze your credit. Other major credit report company has an app that would let you freeze/unfreeze free. But not this one
Absolute garbage - completely broken login loop
Don’t waste your time downloading this app. It’s fundamentally broken and cannot remember basic login info or biometrics settings. Every single time I open this app, it treats me like a brand new user on a new device.

I usually don’t do reviews but this app is frustrating. I rest my password only for it not to work in app. Then when using the website my account was suspended due to multiple attempts in app. Don’t waist your time just use the website
This will not work for a basic account
I kept getting crashes when I used the app, called TransUnion and the explained that you can only use the app essentially if you’re using the paid version of TransUnion
Horrible app
I have no problem logging in through web but it will not allow me to log in on app. I put in the UN and PW and it wants to send me a code but when I click send code it automatically brings me back to put in my UN and PW and then says The session id was not found in the request. I tried to do the sign up for free and it won’t let me put in the last 4 of my SS#. Have no issue with logging into the other 2 credit bureau apps…this one is just useless app

Unable to get pass the password screen
I downloaded this app then tried to log on and it kept asking to send a verification but didn’t give the choice of which way to send.

Terrible App - Doesn’t Work
Can easily log in from PC. IOS app will not accept login credentials. Keeps looping back to asking for password. Same lousy app experience for my wife, on her phone, with her separate credentials.

App is seriously unusable. Can’t handle basic login functions, you’re better off using the website! What a joke!
Can’t sign in
“The session ID was not found in the transaction.” I wasn’t originally able to create my account using the app, and fell back to the website. I figured that I’d at least be able to sign in once the account was created, but apparently that was expecting too much from this app.
Update to profile
The app is beneficial however it takes a long time for trans union to update information on your profile. How is it that given today’s technology you take up to 30 days after the reported account to update information?
