Can enter username / password, but doesn’t list anything for the 2FA code to be sent to and then fails out.

Like so many others who recently tried this app, it won’t let me log in even though ID and PW work on website. What a waste. I wanted a portable way to easily handle my credit freezes. Other two bureaus’ apps are a breeze.

Actually, worse than useless. Nothing is more disconcerting than giving an app your login details, and then finding the app doesn’t work.

Login Clunky
Every time I open the app I have to choose a PIN and enable Face ID.
Must have a paid membership to use the app?!?
Despite the description here saying you can start using the app for free, a paid membership is required to simply login, even if you have a working login account on the TransUnion website. This is a terrible user experience, especially since I spent the better part of an hour chatting with support before being escalated to a phone call, then finding out the app is not free to use after all.

App NOT WORKING
The app does not work when it prompts you to send a text code to login it shoots you out to put your login credentials again in no ending loop.
Won't let me login
After trying to login with my username and password it will say it's wrong and to try again, so I reset the password and try again just to give me the same message. But I try the website on my computer with the new password and it lets me in. So clearly this app is not connected to the data base so login won't work

Unable to create an account
Downloaded the app and was unable to create an account. Called customer service and explained the issue and was told to use the app was not free if I had an web account. No where does it say this. Terrible customer care!!!!
Can’t log in on app
I can log in on the web, but on the app, after I log in I can’t get past the MFA screen. It asks me how I want to get the code but doesn’t let me choose and freezes there. If this is because only paid users can use the app, as other reviewers have said, then put that info up front in the app description before we waste our time!

No longer a Trans Union operated app!
It’s still asked for information, and I wonder who actually is getting it! I called Trans Union they no longer use the app they only use their website! Do not put your information on this app!! I looked it up, and found they shut down the app in 2020, on bestcards.com, why is Apple still allowing this app!??

This app sucks it just loops non stop when I try to login

Don’t bother
The app is for PAID MEMBERS ONLY. You have to use their website to get anything but even then you can’t get it on just the one website, you have to go to multiple different websites & nowhere does it tell you this. The app doesn’t either. Neither of them is user friendly so good luck trying to figure this all out! 😡

Very slow
I see a lot of reviews about not being able to login. I can login perfectly but your service is completely way to slow on updating accounts. In some states they primarily use transunion which I can not stand. When I pay off balances to make my account current I shouldn't have to wait weeks after Experian and my fico report my account on the exact day my institution sends my account info. Just way way to slow and hurts my chances when certain banks just use your service.

What a joke
You can only access the app if you sign up for the paid service. However everywhere TransUnion advertises "Free" credit report and credit freeze. You can access that off a desktop but not the app. And you have no idea of knowing that unless you spend an hour on the phone for someone to give you that information that you can't use the app. I'd have had no problem with that had that been clear. It's however pretty opaque to figure that out.

Can’t login!
Can’t login to the app. On web browser only PC it logs in just fine. I use a password manager so I know my passwords are correct. This app is just not working properly.
