This app sucks it just loops non stop when I try to login

Don’t bother
The app is for PAID MEMBERS ONLY. You have to use their website to get anything but even then you can’t get it on just the one website, you have to go to multiple different websites & nowhere does it tell you this. The app doesn’t either. Neither of them is user friendly so good luck trying to figure this all out! 😡

Very slow
I see a lot of reviews about not being able to login. I can login perfectly but your service is completely way to slow on updating accounts. In some states they primarily use transunion which I can not stand. When I pay off balances to make my account current I shouldn't have to wait weeks after Experian and my fico report my account on the exact day my institution sends my account info. Just way way to slow and hurts my chances when certain banks just use your service.

What a joke
You can only access the app if you sign up for the paid service. However everywhere TransUnion advertises "Free" credit report and credit freeze. You can access that off a desktop but not the app. And you have no idea of knowing that unless you spend an hour on the phone for someone to give you that information that you can't use the app. I'd have had no problem with that had that been clear. It's however pretty opaque to figure that out.

Can’t login!
Can’t login to the app. On web browser only PC it logs in just fine. I use a password manager so I know my passwords are correct. This app is just not working properly.
Cant Log in ! Broken app!
When you try to login and put your password it sends you to a screen to get a code to confirm your account through text or email the problem is you can never receive the code because the app just boots you back to the login page and you get and error saying “ The session id was not found in the request “

Useless. Won’t let me sign in
I try to sign in and it gives me an error. I know my log info is correct because I can sign into the website.

App locks all the time
Be prepared to constantly being on the phone or chat with tech help because the app will just not let you in. It’s insane.
People with money can pay the people at Trans Union to destroy your credit score
I had a $200 balance on a credit card and my score dropped 67 points. My credit line is way way higher than $200. My credit score should not have dropped that much. People with money are paying people that work at Trans Union to drop people scores drastically to destroy people’s lives. You know how you can pay someone to do something you know how you can pay someone at a company to drop someone’s credit score for no reason why my score dropped 67 points over $200 that doesn’t make any sense it has to be disputed, but if people are paying people at these corrupt credit score agencies like Trans Union Experian and Equifax, there’s no disputing anything because they’re getting paid to fraudulently drop someone’s score for no reason I could sue Trans Union and Equifax and Experian total corrupt companies so my score went up 36 points but then two days later it just randomly dropped 16 points for no reason because I kept paying off more debt and my score, kept dropping more when you pay off debt your score is supposed to keep going higher not keep going lower I was paying off debt and my score was dropping lower when it’s supposed to keep going higher these credit reporting agencies are all corrupt and should be shut down. like you paid off more debt your score is gonna drop more when you pay off debt, your score is supposed to go up higher, not go lower corrupt company CEO should be in prison.

Can login from web but not the app. Gives a session id error insisted of texting a code.

I have never been able to login into the app and I can’t get support for the app itself. I would have to create an X(Twitter) account or a Facebook account to get assistance? That’s wild. You should be able to get assistance directly from the webpage to start then go from there, not start with social media.
Also, update your MFA options. A cell number shouldn’t be the ONLY way for one of the big 3 Credit Bureaus!

Log in issues nightmare
Can never login in. Then redirect to a broke link website that mentions. We’re sorry spending went wrong.
Out of all credit reporting: this is the worst
Freeze needs to login to the browser and the website constantly has rendering error that kicks you out. Other like experian and equifax everything can be done on the app AND if needed the login to we page is easy.
Transunion REALLY needs to fix the website. There are many people already reported this issues for years.

Perfect simple credit app
This is the best free app for credit reports scores and monitoring. It’s easy to use and isn’t selling you a million things you don’t want. Much better than others out there.
Doesn't work
It won't accept my password and when it asked to send a code goes back to the beginning. It's not working.
Cannot log in
I can log in on line with my Android desktop, iPhone and IPad. But not when trying to use the app. Deleted it.
