Unable to get pass the password screen
I downloaded this app then tried to log on and it kept asking to send a verification but didn’t give the choice of which way to send.
Just go to the website
This app ALWAYS denies me access. Even when I try password recovery.

Terrible App - Doesn’t Work
Can easily log in from PC. IOS app will not accept login credentials. Keeps looping back to asking for password. Same lousy app experience for my wife, on her phone, with her separate credentials.

App is seriously unusable. Can’t handle basic login functions, you’re better off using the website! What a joke!
Can’t sign in
“The session ID was not found in the transaction.” I wasn’t originally able to create my account using the app, and fell back to the website. I figured that I’d at least be able to sign in once the account was created, but apparently that was expecting too much from this app.
Update to profile
The app is beneficial however it takes a long time for trans union to update information on your profile. How is it that given today’s technology you take up to 30 days after the reported account to update information?

Completely Broken
I give this app zero stars. It has never, ever worked for me. I can login just fine via a browser. But the app, it fails every time. Please scrap this and provide an app which works.
This app is useless
I don’t know where some of these reviews come from, but an app does now allow you to freeze your account or makes you jump through too many hoops is useless. Also, doesn’t accept my username or password. The app doesn’t allow me to edit information. Has my annual income wrong, and states I rent my house. In addition, an only get a stupid chatbot and not a real person. TransUnion sucks.

Cannot log in
I can NEVER log in on the app. I can only log in on the website. It makes no sense!!

Never accepts my login. Website is also useless. Fix your servers. This is a mess.
Doesn’t work
Type in my username/password but always says incorrect even though on the computer it logs me in with those credentials

how good can the app be if it doesn’t allow something as basic as logging in? it works on web, but the app says login error every time. credit bureaus shouldn’t exist to begin with, but transunion is the worst of the three by a country mile

Unable to sign in
After the latest update I keep getting errors and it will not even let me change passwords. What changed that my account is blocked after the update
Useless and missing data
No way to add missing credit information. The data is months behind, not reflecting a true credit history and not up to date.

Cant log in, says wrong password or user id… Rather dumb since it’s the same credentials i use to log in via web… whatever..
