Unable to log in
Have tried to log in numerous times - using correct password, using TouchID, but never get past the login page. I just want to see transaction history! What gives??

I don’t like the fact that you don’t allow transfers on the weekends,other than that this app works fine
Useful, easy to use but need Wallet integration
Overall, the app is very easy to use to manage the True Link debit card I manage. I like the way that you want is able to manage the spending settings and fund the card from the app. What’s missing is integration of the Wallet feature, which one can only access from the True Link website and not the app. That’s an important feature because it allows you to quickly fund the card from monies you have already loaded into the wallet but have not yet transferred to the card. Outside of these comments, I am very thankful for True Link, as it is the only card I’m aware of which can be easily managed by a third-party (a guardian for example) on behalf of SSI recipients in a way that helps follow SSA guidelines.

Cumbersome and not intuitive
Truelink has an app….finally. Unfortunately, it is full of headaches. Regardless of having the ‘Remember Me’ box selected, it never does. The app requires me to type in my the last 4 digits of my card and scroll to my birthday every time. The worst is that if I toggle screens for any reason or answer a phone call or text, the app boots me out and I have to start from scratch.
Furthermore, if you fall behind in receipt uploading, the app does not remember the month and place where I was working. It takes me all the way back to the present day and I have to scroll dozens of times to get back to where I was. After I upload in receipt I have to repeat the process. It is a NIGHTMARE.
Please do better Truelink for those without computers or who are limited to working by phone for health reasons.
I have also taken a photo of a receipt, had it show that it was attached (viewed it to be sure) and then the receipt disappeared and shows as never uploaded.
This is NOT okay.

Just what we needed
Have a relative with judgment problems due to traumatic brain injury. He had been through 12 ATM cards at his bank when they finally were tired of him not being able to tell the difference between reality and a scam.
The True Link card allowed me to put the right limits on the card to keep him out of trouble and protect his money. It’s been a life changer for our family.
