Overall sad experience. Guess you het what you pay for.
For Z3500H air purifier,
1. History doesn’t load anything, it just keep spinning forever
2. Setting schedules doesn’t work - I keep clicking but it just wont change schedule settings
3. Updating firmware doesn’t work - gets stuck midway through, every single time.
4. Customer Support - they are completely clueless - they misinterpreted my request entirely and went silent

This app and the associated product simply do not work. My app keeps removing the air purifier by itself, so I need to run the setup over and over again. Poorly made.
Horrible connectivity
It will not show me my trusens air purifiers air quality history and both the purifier and sensor are in the same room. It’s also using filters way to quick! We just changed it a month ago and it’s saying there’s only 50% left of the hepa filter left and these are expensive to be buying every month or so

Leitz z-3500 air purifier not working with the app. Unbleivable!!! We can not connect to the machine properly. Very poor support!!
Bluetooth Smart feature doesn’t work
People pay extra specifically to be able to use the app. It appears it has not been working for many people for quite some time (years). If the app would work, it should also include tracking for when to change the 2 filters and when to replace the UV light. The company is clear in stating immediately that the product works without the app, but that is not the point of purchasing an item with a “smart” feature that doesn’t work.

The app is all for show. You can’t pair it to the device as shown by the other reviews. Waste of time.
If this is the software there is no need to puchase smart model
By far the worst app installed on my phone. There is nothing worse. There is a constant connection problem, it does not work for most of times, there is no way to control it through the application.
I wanted to update the software of the purfier thru the app with the hope to fix some of the issues, unfortunately, it always failed after at least 10 attempts, either the download was interrupted or the connection with the device was lost.
Why pay more for an expensive model if none of its smart features will work?
