I’m extremely frustrated with Uber Freight. They denied our detention request three times, even though we followed proper procedure and called multiple times when issues came up during the load. There was clear delay, but instead of resolving it fairly, they keep making excuses.
Communication is another big problem. Many of the reps don’t understand basic English, which makes it very hard to explain urgent load issues. When you’re dealing with time-sensitive freight, this kind of communication gap is unacceptable.
We do our job as a carrier, but it feels like they don’t support drivers or respect our time. This is not the first time this has happened, and it’s getting worse.
Overall, very disappointing experience. Carriers deserve better transparency, better communication, and fair detention pay.
Also fake reviews from there own works from other countries

Cheapest & not in favor small trucking
It in favor of Shipping then own profile not for single truck
Overall quality of app is a “D-“
-Customer service- F, hardly ever get issues resolved
-Loads Type- F, all loads are max out on weight and take forever to unload at receivers
-Detention Pay- F, uber freight will do anything possible to keep from paying out detention or TONU
-App it’s self- B, very user friendly and easy to manage but the location tracker will glitch out most times which will cause issues regarding loads

Uber steal money very bad
Reject pilots
One of the poorest and bad company I heard in Trucking industry Uber my driver stuck with them with three pilot is rejected by receiver because is the wrong product on their helper and customer is really bad service. Please don’t work with them. He’s mentally upset to my driver and the dispatcher and all company. They don’t care about your time. They’re holding my truck for seven days and paying 250 per day. Already pay to my Driver 200 and Nike and he’s staying for seven days. Imagine that he feel like a jail and then don’t reply to your email as well. Please stay away from this biggest scammer in the trucking industry

TONU issue
I have two trucks eligible for TONU, and I still haven’t received my refund. Support has been very slow and unprofessional. This is unacceptable — Uber Freight must resolve TONU payments immediately and pay carriers on time.

Trained to no pay TONU or detention
Bunch of crooks trained to no pay TONU or detention. We o/o are the ones that paid for the equipment,insurance, permits,fuel, tolls, our time, wear and tear, stress, risking our life’s etc and lil uber freight want 45 plus percent of the loads?????? Really, until when will gonna fight against this bunch of thieves, robbers, crooks, villains etc I STOP booking load from this thieves for that reason. Drivers give your self some respect and let’s all take down this crooks by not booking loads from them. It will hurts them really quick and they will learn and be the example for other brokers to not play with our money.

I wouldn’t recommend signing up for Quick Pay. It’s just waist of money.
They even can’t approve the paperwork in one day or two sometimes.
Usually it takes 4-5 days to get paid. But expect whole week if you get unloaded on Thursday.
Documents approved on Monday and plus 2 days after that. Expect to get paid on Thursday or even Friday.

Llevo trabajando con Uber mas de 8 años y la verdad es una desepcion lo que está pasando ultimamente con está compañía, de hacer varias cargas en una semana pase a hacer una o ninguna, los precios mas bajos del Mercado, para poner una oferta se ha vuelto un problema, para pagar las detenciones peor es una pena pero si siguen asi voy a desintalar la aplicacion

Used them twice, and it was the exact same experiment both times. Schedule a pick up, no one shows up, reschedule, no one shows, call and complain, assure me it will get picked up… doesn’t, shipment gets canceled, book the shipment again, schedule the pick up, no one shows up, eventually move on to a real logistics company and actually get the product shipped. 0/10 save yourself the frustration and skip this app

Está es la compañía más mala con la que se puede trabajar,te le ponen propuesta a una carga y si es de 1000 te dan 1010,nada más dando migajas y ellos echando en sus bolsillos el sudor de uno,si tienes un problema el equipo según ellos te pelotean como títere y nunca te resuelven el problema y todos te dan la misma respuesta deja consultarlo con el equipo,basta ya de mentiras y engaños ponen las cargas malísimas y encima no se cansan de meterles libras hasta cuando por dios empezaron muy bien hace unos años atrás pero ya lo echaron a perder con sus avaricias y lo peor es q es a costillas del q de verdad trabaja 😡😡😡por eso no la recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo

Very bad experience.. I delivered 2 loads and my payment speed is 2 days and 2.5% fees… but still it’s 10+ days and I didn’t receive my load money.

Uber Freight it’s not a brokerage company. It’s a Messenger for shippers.They cannot resolve any issues themselves. They will not pay the accessorial if the shipper does not pay them. I already have unpaid TONU for one of their loads because Uber Freight didn’t provide correct pickup number and (as the guys mentioned in the feedbacks) Uber Freight Support team somewhere in the third class country, with rooster crowing in the background, couldn’t provide any pickup number.
The worst scenario is if receiver leaves some product in the trailer even if it is a overage. It will take forever because Uber Freight just a Messenger.
They test carrier patience until carrier throw away the product because it can’t afford to lose so much time.
( I guess that’s the goal what Uber Freight or Shipper are pursing)
New carriers must specify a time period for resolving the issue before signing agreement with Uber Freight preventing themselves from being turned into scapegoats.
Unloaded Thursday 20:00. Receiver left 60 cases (overage) in the trailer.
Today is Monday Morning. Sent new request to solve this issue . 2 hours passed- no response.
