Get rid of the Planner or at least change for green drivers!

Ubereats needs to give green drivers a chance or at least some orders because how do they expect us to move up position when they do not give us any orders. The planner is very unfair if you are a green driver because you can’t get in at all. They need to change the planner or they going to lose customers because they prioritize higher rank drivers who don’t deserve it all.

Report to FTC AND BBB this app is a SCAM!

They pay 1.50 for any mileage, they are keeping tips and guaranteed earnings are a flat out lie! This scam is nothing but false rewards that mean nothing and aren’t even redeemable. Blow is this scam up, report to the BBB and FTC. SCAM SHUTDOWN!

Explotación laboral

Uber is an app used by millions of people, but I believe it generates its profits through the exploitation of delivery drivers. I have been one of those drivers.

Uber claims to offer incentives to delivery drivers, but in reality these incentives come from the money deducted from the payments drivers should receive for each delivery.

For example, you may receive an order to deliver alcohol for only $4. Once you arrive at the store, Uber adds another order worth $10. These are often two significant delivery distances, and during peak traffic they can easily take an hour to complete. In the end, you earn only about $14 for an hour of work.

Uber also offers promotions requiring drivers to complete 80 trips in two or three days. However, to achieve these targets, drivers are often forced to accept large grocery orders from supermarkets, which take a long time to shop for and deliver, yet Uber only pays around $8 to $10 for these jobs.

After I submitted a complaint, Uber began restricting my account so that I could mainly work during the busiest traffic hours. I also noticed that some orders initially appeared to pay $14, but after completing the delivery I was only paid $7 or $8. On other occasions, completed trips were not counted toward the promotional targets, preventing drivers from qualifying for the promised bonuses.

This is labour exploitation, and I sincerely hope the Australian Government investigates this platform. Delivery drivers are also expected to cover all vehicle expenses, including fuel, maintenance, repairs, and depreciation. In addition, drivers are often forced to park in prohibited areas just to collect orders on time, exposing them to fines and other risks.

This system places nearly all the financial costs and operational risks on delivery drivers while the company continues to profit from their work. I believe these practices deserve careful investigation by the Australian authorities.
