Too Hard to Schedule Bills!
It takes multiple steps and multiple confirmations to schedule a single bill.

I like the app, however it is often difficult to find things. In particular paying their credit card. It gets moved to a new location it seems like often. Then it is very hard to figure out where it is, and how to get into it. They even change what it is called. I don’t know why “pay card” is such a hard thing for them to call it. Oh well.

An app that never works
I don’t find the app very user-friendly especially when it comes to travel alerts. Every time I log onto to put a travel alert in, I never can find where it is and you have to go through multiple menus to find it. It’s the same for credit card payments. The app also lists my credit card balance backwards from what credit available is. I’ve taken it to the local branch near me several times and nobody ever seems to have an explanation.

This app has improved quite a bit since I have used their credit union. The only thing I do not like is the terminology of “share”. Does not make sense to me but overall pretty good.
