I hate the app and I hate UK credit union. I miss Cove. Never had issues like we have now! You can’t even get through to talk to someone!

I like the app, however it is often difficult to find things. In particular paying their credit card. It gets moved to a new location it seems like often. Then it is very hard to figure out where it is, and how to get into it. They even change what it is called. I don’t know why “pay card” is such a hard thing for them to call it. Oh well.

Full of ads for Blue Vantage checking. I don’t want a $7 a month checking account and MULTIPLE ads in the app is obnoxious.
UX is a sub-par
Disappointing, UX updated and has not been the same since. Really wish this was similar to a real banking app
