Trying to update upon new device
A few minor issues
I’ve been with you guys since 2021 and I’ve actually liked this bank but some things that’s given me the ick is the grow and flow. Like i use my savers as a way to stop spending and I put a certain amount in each one for the month like bills and that but then the grow and flow makes me feel guilty for using it on my daily expenses which I think shouldn’t be thing. I also am not liking that you guys are going through outages a fair bit lately especially last night. I like how you keep everyone up to date but I am lucky enough to have more banks so if this happens I have backup money else where but the outages do suck a fair bit but I am thinking of instead of going from using it daily to just using it as a back up savings for important things. You guys have been the longest bank I’ve been with since commonwealth stole my money

Up has absolutely changed how I manage my finances for the better
Very slow
Very slow with your updates and fixing the app when issues happen
App needs improvements to prevent further outages
Just had two outages in one month with Up, and the current one is yet to be fixed right on payday. I’ve been with Up for a few years now, and this is quite disappointing. I hope the team can improve the app to prevent this from happening again in the future.
