I got to use this app because I wanted to pay my domestic and international business class flights without immediately breaking the bank. I have been using this app for running 4 months now and I have to say, I am enjoying using it.
I can see the different payment plans I have in one easy place in one glance. It also gives me a credit score monitoring estimate, which to me is a nice additional gratitude.

The app works well enough. I would rather my payment to show sooner on my statement. Other than that it is a lot better than before.
WORST APP ! DONT DO IT
I tried for months to get help because the app has a major glitch and no one can ever help and no one can look into anything ! They always assume you don’t have direct deposits or you just suck at life ! I would not sign up or download this trash app !!! RUN !!
Provisional credit scam
I lost my debit card, there was an erroneous charge. I disputed the charge well within the 90 day timeframe, this scam bank told me they would credit my account while they investigate. I NEVER received the provisional credit they promised, and my money that was stolen was never returned. I definitely wouldn’t trust this phony scam bank.

I received a consolidation loan from Upgrade and it allowed me to raise my credit score and get some much needed breathing room financially. Thank you Upgrade!!
JOKE!!
This app an absolute joke. No matter how many times I try to verify my ID, it constantly says that it’s unable to verify and read the bs. It doesn’t matter how clear the photos are, it keeps giving you the same loop. It’s a complete waste of time and an absolute joke!

I use this app every week to make Carson that my credit deathly & accurate information is being reported. I los use it for the other loan opportunities so I can save money. Thank you for all of your support. Also one thing that I’d really important is that you have very pleasant & knowledgeable representatives whenever I call. Upfront representation are the one that either makes or breaks any comp.

This app has been broken for over a week now. Won’t go past sign in. I removed and redownloaded it. Still doesn’t work.

I’ve never missed a payment on anything, none of my personal loans none of my car payments. Absolutely nothing.
I decided to pay this card down from 2600 to 1100
When you pay your card down your credit score should go up right?
Well upgrade decided to lower my limit to 500!
When they lowered my limit to 500 it looked like I was utilizing 260% of my credit card usage with them!
When in fact, I had paid it down where I was utilizing under 40%!
When they did this, it made my credit score drop tremendously!
Every time I pay it down, they lower my limit!
This is absurd, and I do not recommend them for building credit!

Paid off my loan. Wanted to delete my app account and unlink all my personal identifiable information like my bank account, address, email, telephone. Can’t do it for some reason. Literally the most impossible task for them. They forever keep your information. Customer service is useless. Stay away.
