Good app but…
Such a huge improvement over the previous version. That said ca I suggest a couple of things: 1) when selecting Temporary ECO the date should default to today and the time to the end of the next ECO period; 2) provide an option to advance to the state indicated by the next state scheduled I.e. manually switch the heating on or off but keep the schedule going rather than having to remember to switch it on/off manually again.

No funciona
Desde la última actualización no se puede entrar , se queda en la pantalla de inicio y no entra . Además ha perdido funcionalidad desde que quitaron la versión 1. Antes se podía controlar los termostatos fuera de la red wifi del hogar y ahora no, si te marchas de vacaciones no puedes acceder… una mala noticia

Unable to connect to WiFi network
Previous version was much easier. I have tried to connect to my wifi network multiple times and I always get an error message once I finish the installation process. I have tried with different WiFi configurations. Nothing. And no support deom them.

Desde que actualizaron la versión la aplicación funciona fatal. Tarda en conectar o directamente no conecta.

La aplicación no funciona fuera de casa. Huir de esta marca si aún estáis a tiempo.
La peor App jamás diseñada
La aplicación es totalmente inservible. Errores de conexión wifi, errores de conexión por ethernet.
Errores al invitar a usuarios a tu sistema. Errores al abrir la app y no detectar tu sistema de calefacción.
Error para editar o cambiar datos personales.
Un auténtico desastre.
Vas a “soporte y ayuda” y se te abre un link para rellenar datos en Google sheets. Lamentable.
No se como pueden comercializar estos productos para instalaciones en nuevos hogares. Lamentable absolutamente todo lo relacionado con la conectividad.

App seit Monaten nicht zu gebrauchen!
Die App funktioniert seit Monaten nicht mehr. Es lässt sich die eigentlich „Smart“ gedachte Steuerung der Heizung via mobile device nicht aktivieren. Sehr bedauerlich, da diese Funktion mit ein Grund für die Umstellung auf das System waren. Versuche der letzen Monate die Funktion wieder zu aktivieren, liefen leider fehl. Von Seiten Uponor gibt es keine Meldung hierzu und auch keinen Support. Traurig!!

Auch bei mir leider keine Verbindung zum Router möglich nach der neuen App. Versuche mal Hilfe anzufordern beim Service... bin gespannt
Keine Temperatur-Trends
Die App funktioniert fast, aber es werden keine Trends mehr angezeigt. Wenn man die entsprechende Seite öffnet, sieht man nur einen weißen Bildschirm….
Very frustrating
Great when it works but loses connection, resetting it doesn’t work 9 times out of 10, now I have no installation under my account and I can’t use the heating. Fortunately they are helpful on the phone. We have loads of other home systems - battery, ev charger, radiator thermostat which just work. This doesn’t at the moment

Keine Verbindung
Ebenfalls Probleme mit dem System. Sobald mein Router mal neu Startet oder mal für längere Zeit keine Internet Verbindung hat, stürzt das Uponor ab. Die App meldet immer keine Verbindubg möglich.

I’ve had nothing but trouble, the app constantly loses connection and the only way to re-establish the connection is to reset the system. Very difficult to do remotely😤.
Also, the app does not support large text which renders it pretty useless for anybody with less than average vision.
Comp on Uponor, sort this out!

Fatal
Cada vez funciona peor. Tiene muchísimos fallos de conexión, que con la app antigua no pasaba y ahora no se ven los gráficos. Cada vez peor
Enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Uponor
Die App ist leider vollkommen funktionsunfähig – es besteht keinerlei Verbindung zum Verteiler. Der Kundenservice von Uponor lässt stark zu wünschen übrig: kaum erreichbar, wenig hilfreich. Aufgrund dieser negativen Erfahrungen werde ich künftig keine Produkte dieser Marke mehr erwerben. Weder das Gerät noch die App sind aus meiner Sicht empfehlenswert.

Conexión fallida
No se conecta al estar fuera del hogar. Múltiples fallos de conexión en el interior. Muy lenta. Por el contrario, la apariencia ha mejorado
Pierde conexión demasiado veces y no se ve los datos.
Pierde conexion constantemente y no puedo ver los datos de las habitaciones. Un cambio a peor.

Pésimo el servicio de atención al cliente. Pasan de ti.
Desde que habéis actualizado a esta app cuando se va la luz en casa el módulo se desconecta del wifi y ya no se conecta de nuevo teniendo que volver a programar toda la app como si fuese una nueva vivienda. Hacer el favor de solucionarlo porque es desesperante

As of now: do not buy Uponor!
With the new app, you can only access your heating by chance. I am glad that it is summer currently.
The old app had it‘s UX issues but at least worked reliable. The new app did not improve UX significantly (but now comes with AI!) but has massive connection issues.
In contrast to other home appliance companies, there is even not an easily accessible web access with your credentials. Thus, no fallback.
The app help does not help at all (yes, the LED is green, yes, I want to connect to my only installation, EOF.)
While the additional wifi module is quite expensive for a WiFi controller, it lacks MQTT or similar protocol support to let you connect directly from your home assistant server via local network. This is not state of the art.
