The device simply doesn’t work - You cannot calibrate it. The idea is good, but it looks like an example of the American greed machine. If you haven’t decided just DO NOT buy it.
Upright goal minutes kept increasing!
Every day, the goal added 60 extra minutes. I am now presenting with a goal of 540 after achieving the goal for a week. That's 9 hours 🤣 is this a joke? Is there a way to configure the goal, or at least make it realistic and achievable?
Doesn’t work and no support
I purchased this device with high hopes, but a shadow of suspicion as it was from an advert that appeared on a social media site.
However the device arrived and I set out to create an account. This proved impossible as I never received the verification code and was sent on an endless loop of trying to open an account only to be told I had one already and should log in. To log in required a verification code which I requested countless times. Two emails to ‘support’ have been ignored. So I guess I’ve wasted my money on this useless piece of tat.
Can’t recommend it or the non-existent support.

After that. I can’t change any settings and it has me on super strict range. I will be returning
Support ends when a new model is released
Very disappointed with this company.
I didn’t realise that once a newer model is released, support for older devices can simply disappear. My Upright device stopped connecting to my phone, so I contacted customer support expecting help with the issue. Instead, I was told that my model is no longer supported and was offered a discount to buy a newer device.
I find it hard to understand why a company would stop providing troubleshooting support for a product it sold to customers and then try to sell them a replacement when a problem occurs.
The message I received was essentially: we won’t help you fix the device you already paid for, but we’ll give you a discount if you’d like to buy another one.
Customers should know that support for older devices may be withdrawn completely, and if something goes wrong, the solution offered may be to purchase a newer model rather than receive assistance with the product you already own.

Nothing happens when you click download. It’s a scam
App continuously crashes
When it works it’s great but app crashes all the time and also disconnects from device constantly.

Great device, lousy app
The operate device works great. You can calibrate it to individual posture and it will vibrate to let you know if you fall into a slouch.
The 3.0.16 app on the other hand, is very buggy. A lot of times it cuts out, fails to log time, or logs way too much time. I will be using it for an hour and then the app only log about 20 minutes. Or sometimes it goes the other way, where I’ll wear it for an hour and it will log something like 700 minutes.
The app also seems to randomly specify goals for the day. Some days it will be 60 minutes, some days 90, and sometimes 120. It seems very random, and there’s no way to override or configure this.
Overall, the device is great, but don’t expect much out of the app.

Device does not work, they dont reply to emails
I ordered the device but it does not vibrate. They dont reply to my emails, do not know how to initiate the return. I suggest you to be careful before buying it…

This app and device does not work. It has only worked on vibrate once. I submitted a request to support explaining this issue and have gotten absolutely NO response. At this point I want to return the device and delete the app.

I just tried to create an account and I got an error that all the reviews have been talking about. I wanted to try to create an account before I bought the device. I’m glad I did. I’ll save my money…I’m not getting the device. Fix the app & maybe I’ll buy the device.

I have tried several times for assistance as app freezes and doesn’t let me sign in. Gone through all troubleshooting steps. No help and no luck.
Unresponsive service
My device stopped working so I sent them an email on 12/30. Customer service responded promptly asking me to follow through a list of things which I had done, but without success. So, I followed up with them but they went dark since then. I sent them another email on 1/8 and then again today, but no response so far.
