If I could give it negative stars, I would… NO customer service
I really wanted to love this. I thought it was a great idea for people saving for their children's college, with small contributions over time. I’ve had the app/account for less than a month now. In the last week, my account has been suspended twice. There is no customer service. The submit button on the website doesn't work to send them a message, they don't reply to messages on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn, and there is no customer service phone number. I got the Upromise credit card through Barclays, and they don’t even have a contact number for them. I feel the lack of customer service is especially concerning since they are helping you get extra cash for your child's future education.
I would not recommend the service to anyone looking for an extra few bucks their child’s future. it’s more of a headache than it is helpful.

Grocery items are limited for cash rewards. Surveys are often a waste of time, often spending 30 min on a survey to be booted out with a comment “we found a better survey for you”
What happened to receipt scanning?!
Update: the receipt scanning has returned, but nearly all the deals I used are gone. What happened to all the generic grocery offers? I buy very few name-brand products, so the most important going to get out of a receipt is a penny.

Broken update
The most recent update broke the grocery rewards feature on the app. This needs to be fixed asap and compensation provided for missed rewards.

Grocery isn’t working after update
You clearly made grocery section not working with the new app update. Clicking on a deal to add a grocery deal won’t work. The subsection isn’t working. Lack of testing on your side?

Spend a good bit of time in a survey prior to it saying that you’re not eligible. Plus complete survey and it locks up and reward not provided.

Traveling should be experienced in some fashion by all.
