If I could give it negative stars, I would… NO customer service
I really wanted to love this. I thought it was a great idea for people saving for their children's college, with small contributions over time. I’ve had the app/account for less than a month now. In the last week, my account has been suspended twice. There is no customer service. The submit button on the website doesn't work to send them a message, they don't reply to messages on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn, and there is no customer service phone number. I got the Upromise credit card through Barclays, and they don’t even have a contact number for them. I feel the lack of customer service is especially concerning since they are helping you get extra cash for your child's future education.
I would not recommend the service to anyone looking for an extra few bucks their child’s future. it’s more of a headache than it is helpful.

What happened to receipt scanning?!
Update: the receipt scanning has returned, but nearly all the deals I used are gone. What happened to all the generic grocery offers? I buy very few name-brand products, so the most important going to get out of a receipt is a penny.

Broken update
The most recent update broke the grocery rewards feature on the app. This needs to be fixed asap and compensation provided for missed rewards.

Horrible app and customer service
It seems like more and more their surveys have errors that prevent you from doing them and that a single survey end up being 4-6 before you can say you have finished it. You can click on hundreds of them in a row and never actually get ask a question yo see if you are qualified it actually take one. Their customer service is terrible at best because they only want to deal with a defined set of problems based upon a defined set of criteria!

After doing several of these, I am suddenly unable to do and about me survey two questions and then it will not allow me to advance further it keeps saying submit I already have there does not seem to be any way in the app to report this and get it this is most annoying.
