It does its job
I do not understand why those negative reviews, however the app is basic and it does its job. These people work really hard and always respond fastly! I always use them for my private transfer to Tulum and Cancun.
VERY Buggy
I have chatted four times today. Succeeded in getting my pickup date changed (after the 3rd try) but still don’t have confirmation of a baby seat. The majority of the time the app just spins.
Antonio was the best!
We have used this company a few times and they are always on time and courteous. This last trip was a celebration of my granddaughter’s birthday and he made the trip back to the airport so much fun! I recommend this company and this driver!
Not worth it
App didn’t work at all when I landed & needed it. Honestly it was just easier to look for someone holding a USA transfers sign than try to use this app.
Good app, Great service
The app worked great for us. Not sure why all the negative. We booked our transfer 2 weeks in advance. The email from the service told us about it. Our reservation and vouchers were there. We used the live chat a couple of times and they were right on it. The service was quick at the Cancun airport and they were very prompt for our pickup at the resort. Will use again!

I tried several times to log in. It asked for my email and confirmation number. Then I got an error message saying incorrect password. How is that possible when it didn’t ask for a password. This app doesn’t work at all.
USA transfers
I don’t want to give any stars as USA transfers gave my shuttle away to someone else, told me it was going to be a while for the shuttle to return and left me standing at the airport for 2 hours and couldn’t find anyone from USA transfers again so they left me no choice but to hire a taxi.

Not much value
While over used USAtransfers several times , this was first time trying the app.
First off the status doesn’t update unless I log out and log back in.
It never showed the drivers name until after the trip was completed.
The map only shows where you are - it never showed where the driver was.
The chat function never worked. I tried checking on driver status but got no response.

App only contains information for a short period then does not work
No problem with the company, the app is a different story. It opens to a blank blue page a few days after I download it. No Information or options, just a blank screen.
Buggy, Could Be Improved
Used this app recently for a shuttle ride to Cancun airport. First off, it took over 24 hours for the app to recognize my confirmation number so don’t expect it to show your booking instantly. I tried to get in touch with the company to move my pickup time. Attempting to call through the app didn’t work (couldn’t connect), but the chat function worked ok (it disconnected/reconnected a few times). On the day of my pickup the app still showed my booking under FUTURE not TODAY, which made me nervous if our ride was actually going to be on time. It wasn’t until I used the in app chat function to reconfirm my pickup that my ride appeared correctly under TODAY and I could see my driver was assigned and on his way.
TLDR: Don’t expect much from this app, use the chat function to confirm your pickup. For the price I paid I expect the app to work better. I have used other more affordable shuttle services with better customer communication and user experience

Works fine
Face ID issue mentioned by others appears to be fixed and it worked fine on my 14 Pro.
App is a bit clunky but shows your booking info so has some use. I didn’t get any of the tracking and my driver had a clipboard with a list of names and pick ups so I don’t think he was app-enabled ;)
As far as airport transfers go the service was good - easy and efficient.

Very helpful
I’m not sure why all the negative reviews, but it worked perfectly for us. Showed when the car was coming, alerted on pickup, and provided all driver details. So much easier than wondering and waiting. Will use USA Transfers again because of the app and timely/friendly drivers.
Unable to modify reservations
Worked fine last April, but now shows past service on login, future service won’t allow for modifications. Qué pasa?
App doesn’t work
I tried for days to modify a reservation on the app. Most of the time I get an error message, but when it goes through, the modification link doesn’t work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn’t work. I finally called the number and made the change. She said she’d send a confirmation email, but I never received it. That was a few days ago.
I’ve used USA Transfers a lot, and this is the first time I’ve had this much trouble.
