Off-line Rates & App Automatically Shutting Down
I never turn off the App, but today alone, I had to manually log in because the App wasn’t running in the background. I have the latest version so there is no update available. I’m also receiving multiple emails about the App being offline and a letter stating that so would be charge an offline rate if I didn’t leave the app running! This seems like a programming error that needs to be corrected more than punishing the paying customer.

II have been using the Noblr App for 4 months now and couldn’t be happier with the service. It tracks my trips perfectly and I am driving carefully, so my score is high. I think by being able to track my driving myself, it makes me a better driver. Thanks Noblr!
Not too impressed with the math…
USAA has always been a decent insurance company for me - since 1989.
But i recently switched to NOBLR - the USAA variable drive policy.
I was quoted $75 a month as a 6 month “fixed” rate, with a variable based on my driving applied above that at the end of each billing period.
Sounds reasonable. Six months (fixed) at $75 a month is $450, you would assume based on 3rd grade math.
But NOBLR charged $557, with a down payment of $185…THEN $75 a month for a 6 month policy. And when we do the 3rd grade level math it turns out NOBLR is actually charging $92 a month - NOT $75.
This is called - in the legal and advertising world - “bait and switch.” I was quotes a much lower price and at the very last second was billed the higher rate.
USAA is supposed to be affiliated with Our Military heroes, and not be dishonest, misleading, obfuscating, or unethical - and certainly not running a bait and switch, gaslighting, extra billing scheme.
Beware - i complained - they ignored. So beware of the level of dishonesty you will be wrapped up in working with igNOBLR!

Passcode vs Password
I prefer to use the passcode. But sometimes the password becomes the required login, without my approval. That makes it difficult, because my password is not what I remember.

Love the convenience of the app, customer service is top of the line, and the rates are reasonable!
App Compatibility w/ IOS
When you have your iPhone on low power mode, it automatically shuts off the “Background App Refresh;” which is needed to keep the Noblr app online. Seems redundant to even have a Noblr account if you can’t use a normal function on your phone to preserve it’s battery life.
Extortionist company
Every month they try to sneak in a $7.20 charge per driver claiming it’s an offline charge because your app went offline.

I live in an Army base and try my best to walk to work and the gym etc. to save money on gas and this company seemed like a good idea for about $80 base price + (X)Miles. After 6 months they raise the fixed rate to $100 + (X)Miles. This app will charge you for flying in a plane, being a passenger in an Uber or friends car, and riding in a tank out in the field in the middle of nowhere. It’s annoying and screws you for taking public transportation and by walking places.

Moved and found outstanding auto insurance
When I moved to Las Vegas my neighbors were telling me how extremely high their car insurance was. I had a little time left on my old auto insurance policy so I started to around for insurance. I remembered that USAA had mentioned insurance on home and auto…they moved me over to Nolbr and I am so glad they did.

I am NEVER offline - ever. Permissions are accurate, yet I get this email often.

It doesn’t allow you to change payment information the button in the bottom does not light up even if all the information is correct.
Never again
Worst scam I have ever had the disservice of using. They will charge you an offline rate even when you have all permissions on. And no matter if you’re driving or a passenger or even on a bus it will assume you’re driving and charge you. Literally the worst thing you could do is waste your time using this scummy excuse of a company.

Needs Work
My overall experience with the app has been positive; however, updating payment information is a pain. It allows you to scan your card or manually type in the information, but the update button doesn’t function; it just stays grey and is just there on the screen doing nothing. Then, their concierge service isn’t open 24/7, so one can forget about the convenience of information or help with this app at any time. It's a weird experience that leaves a bad impression.

Scam to bill you higher if they think you’re offline
This app is horrible. It’s basic and pathetic. I’ve been charged offline rates when all my permissions are on. Also when my husband and I are both in the car, we’re both charged for driving. This is unacceptable. I rarely drive but am a passenger all the time. We’re being charged offline rates and everything is properly on. They want to track everything you do. Also to get in the app my Face ID logs me in, then I get an email saying I’m logged out. Face ID is for security. This app needs 95% improvement. It’s terrible and don’t recommend it unless you want a company tracking you 24 hours a day.

Glad to have switched over to Noblr.
State Farm had insured my vehicles for over fifty years, Noblr has been less expensive, not as complicated and more accurate at looking at my driving habits.

App fails to accept road locations are not under our control. I exit my neighborhood on the Only road available, go to a business 1/2-1 mile away-On This Same Road. Return; and receive a lower Score for using this road-instead of a highway. The road is named Hunt Highway.

A great concept
App makes a lot of sense as far as economy goes.
In addition, being a mature driver, I appreciate comments about possible bad driving. NOBLR will pick up and advise.

Worst app ever created
From day one and after continuous updates, this app refuses to function. Whoever created it should be removed from any technical job ever. I’m certain shoelaces would outwit them continually. Don’t use this app ever. And if any service requires you to use it, cancel that service. This is an abomination to humanity.

Route Scores Can Not Be Improved
Demands your phone Never be off. And constantly sends warnings to "go to settings" and update. Not necessary after set!
Ignores my use of a Highway to optimize my travel. 90% of my travel is on this road, and the Only one that I can leave my neighborhood by. Scores me low because I use an optimal route. I am serious, it recommends a Highway, and Ignores a Highway Is is my Main Route. Ridicules.
I see trouble brewing, as it is today, miss calculating my milage, and has the wrong dates at top of opened page. Some sort of projection to June 2? Who knows! 😡

Please make some changes
The way this app was explained to me is that it can tell when I am driving and when I am a passenger. It does not work. I carpool daily and I have generated so many trips with no easy way of adjusting multiple at once.. from my perspective adding a feature to allow the selection and adjusting of multiple trips at once would make a world of difference! Thank you!
