Gift card
Received a gift card and activation code. I was able to link to Apple Pay easily
The worst!!!!
This process via prezee gift cards is actually diabolical. This app not only doesnāt do what it needs to do, but no one knows how to fix anything. Itās 2026, and redeeming a gift card is harder work than applying for a home loan.
Canāt access my gift card
Got a gift card and it redirects me to this app I got it and worked fine the first day now today itās logged me out and wonāt let me log back in, it just loads. now I canāt get access to my card this is ridiculous.
Easy and fast
Seemās they have fixed many of the issues noted in earlier reviews. Didnāt ask for additional information and very straight forward to add to wallet. Also gives card numbers (CCV etc.) to use as a normal card.
Pointless App
I never write reviews, but had to for this one - another stupid app to make it harder for people to access their crown gift cards, data farming at its finest

Why offer services outside of Australia if app country code can be deleted
I can get visa gift cards through my virgin pulse app but I need to download this app to connect that virtual gift card to my Apple Pay.
Iām in America and it wonāt let me delete australiaās 61 international country phone code so that I can get a verification code so that I can actually log into my account so that I can add it to my Apple Pay. I can do this on the web browser, but that does not help me when trying to add this up to my Apple Pay.

Forced to use the app to receive company gift card, not comfortable

Only one problem that, the app note that I canāt add the card to apple wallet but it worked just fine.

Scam
What a waste of time. I did receive an activation code which is never accepted no matter how many times I try. Card canāt be verified.
Doesnāt work
forced to use app to redeem gift cards but canāt get past first page - none of the sms verification codes ever arrived, and the only other option is to put in your gift card activation code which it claims iāll have in an sms but i have never received an activation code. So basically I can never access my gift cards because of the broken app.

Wont send confirmation code sms
Iāve tried many times with multiple numbers to confirm my account and claim my gift card. I tried email too but it seems you need to use and either wayā¦ Iāll change this review if this error is addressed
Not too bad
As far as prepaid debit cards go, I really liked the app with Apple Pay if a bit nervous about losing access to my funds. in the future, I might prefer a physical card or avoid cashback deals at certain big box retailers.

The experience was fast and easy (because the app pre-populates the fields from your phone and sim info). Didnāt allow me to review or confirm the personal details before proceeding to show me the terms and conditions. Couldnāt go back to check either. This would mean you cannot redeem except on the phone that you got the text to.
I donāt want to have to download an app to do this. Make it optional or just have a website.

Just doesnāt work
Forced to use this app to claim a $600 refund.
The app doesnāt send SMS verification codes so I canāt login. If offers a bypass option but when you click that it tells you that the code is invalid.
First thing Monday morning Iām calling the company and yelling. I want my money!
