Why?
I have no idea what the purpose of this app is or why it’s necessary and that annoys me that I have to waste time using it instead of just checking into my flight on the airlines app.

Confusing doesn’t work
Still no boarding pass. Provided all information requested. Still pending and incomplete!! Flight shortly with no resolution. Old system with AA worked !! This doesn’t!!
Difficult to use and does not synch with American Airlines
I found the entire process very convoluted and difficult to use and does not synch with American Airlines. I wanted to register an international flight with a companion and it was very unclear what was needed at each step. Still not able to check in. Showing as incomplete for one passenger in American, when Verifly shows both passengers active and complete.

Stupid
American Airlines could have informed me way before check in that I needed this stupid app to complete check in. I have 18 friggin people going. I don’t have everyone here with me to take their friggin pictures!

Absolutely no idea what the point of this app is. it's completely utterly useless, duplicative and cumbersome. It's not easy to use, especially adding extra travelers in your party. What is the point of it? And American Airlines makes you use it. It's just utterly useless.

Another attempt to steal personal information for no good reason. Nothing was gained by being forced by American Airlines to use this app and be forced to share my personal information.
