This app requires me to scan a QR code which I get from a website and to which I take a screenshot. WHY does it want to scan a PRINTED copy of it??? How about a simple “attach from photo album” button???
Doing Double work
Why do we still have to use this terrible covid era app? @americanair please stop using this. I can’t take a photo of a required travel document, which is stored upon my phone. The help desk’s suggested solutions make zero sense. *Please* get rid of this app.
This is the most ridiculous app I’ve ever used. It took 3 hours to get boarding passes.
completely unnecessary
No option to edit error.
Another completely unnecessary step. Hate it! Now have to give our personal information over to yet another third party app. Who knows what they will do with our data. We flew fine before this stupid add. Do not want. Do not need. Screw this
How is a solo traveler expected to scan a QR code using just a single smartphone? Should be able to cut and paste the code. Delta’s verification process allows cut and paste.
This app isn’t user friendly. It doesn’t provide clear instructions and how can someone scan a code from the app or from a picture on your phone. 😡
I don’t understand what I have to add this or sign in to this just to check in to my flight so so stupid I don’t understand it at all. It makes the presses so much more difficult and useless
I have no idea what the purpose of this app is or why it’s necessary and that annoys me that I have to waste time using it instead of just checking into my flight on the airlines app.
This sucks
Easy
Very difficult to navigate wasteful of time
Muy buena
Don’t understand why we have to download an additional app.

No clear instructions and too much time wasted
Useless app that just wasted more time filling out same old information…
Garbage app required by garbage companies to sell your data.
