vé 3h30 sáng bay thì để 3h30h sáng bay. làm Đ gì để 11h bay rồi chắc chắn sẽ delay. làm ăn gian dối lừa lộc khách hàng vậy mà tới giờ chính phủ vẫn cho sống mà ko có bất kì sự trừng phạt nào mỗi lần delay. Delay 4 tiếng thì chỉ bị phạt refund lại vé. đằng này nó chơi lách luật. luôn luôn delay 3 tiếng 55 phút để khỏi refund và khách hàng luôn là người chịu thiệt. và bắt khách đợi trong sân bay gần 4 tiếng. đi một lần biết r.
If your flight is scheduled for 3:30 AM, then it should fly at 3:30 AM. Why the hell the ticket state it’s fly depart time at 11Pm when you already know it’s going to be delayed? literally 100% chance of 4 hours delay. This is basically misleading and taking advantage of customers, yet the government still allows this to continue without any real punishment for these constant delays.
I honestly hope they go bankrupt and have to compensate customers for all the time they’ve had to waste. If you can’t operate properly, then step aside instead of running things this way.
Vietnamese people are way too easygoing about this stuff and keep choosing the cheaper option. Anyone who doesn’t know about this and books just to save a few hundred thousand đồng could end up regretting it.
A 4-hour delay is apparently only punishable by having to refund the ticket, so they find a way around the rules—always delaying just under 4 hours, like 3 hours and 55 minutes, so they don’t have to refund anything. even with a full refund alone isn’t worth it ( supposed to be refunding x2 the ticket price ). Meanwhile, the customers are the ones who suffer, sitting around at the airport for almost 4 hours.

Lúc cần vào để check lịch bay thì hệ thống lỗi, chờ mấy ngày liền không fix được.
Thái độ nhân viên quá tệ
Đặt vé 2 người cùng lúc nên có 1 mã đặt chỗ. Lúc checkin online thì ra 1 vé của vk mình, vé của mình thì tìm mãi không thấy chỗ xuất vé. Lúc đi qua cổng soát vé mình đã đợi hết khách rồi mới qua. NV hỏi vé của mình đâu mình nói là ko tìm thấy chỗ xuất vé C xem giùm em được ko.Nv ko hỗ trợ khách hàng mà còn thái độ rất hách dịch. Trước đó không biết đường đi lên lầu hỏi 1 bạn tiếp viên thì bạn đó quay lại lườm mình, đưa tay chỉ về phía thang cuốn ko nói đc 1 câu.

Worst Airline ever!
We have never flown with an airline as bad as Vietjet. Do not fly with them and do not expect any help after you have paid for return flights. Have been back and forward via email for 3 days now and all I keep getting told is “we are investigating the matter” no genuine help no care no support they simply take your money and then disappear.

Can’t check-in, surprise fees
App doesn’t allow you to check-in for many flights, so it’s useless, and then they use check-in to weigh bags to charge exorbitant bag fees.

Do not purchase any add on from this app. I purchased addon twice both times amount deducted from my bank but addons didn’t show on my tickets. And when I reach counter their system was also not showing. They forced me to pay charges as on counter rate. I feel like its fake app and app store should shut down this app immediately. I want to fight for my refund and justice.

Add on luggage purchase failure
When purchased the app show payment completed but when you checkin at the airport they will tell you that your purchased is incomplete state so you have to buy extra luggage with super extra fee. Fraud cooporation
Incredibly buggy
App continues to log you out, the check in process never works, it opens a page that you can’t scroll and move forward to the next step.
