Fabulous post GCSE holiday
Had the most amazing time on our trail around Thailand. Every single detail was taken care of and the level of service from booking to on the ground in resort has been exceptional. Will definitely be booking through Trailfinders again.
Difficult app to find what you’re looking for
I don’t find this app at all intuitive to use in order to find important details of my trip. When looking on my iPhone I’m unable to get to details I want whereas via the website, it is slightly easier. The section asking for details such as medical issues, next of kin etc is positively confusing in the way it is set out. I feel sure it could be set up more logically and clearly. I have no issues with Trailfinders representatives by the way, just the app. It’s a great company to use.

Canadian Rockies adventure
Well…. What a trip, we had a fantastic time and the whole trip went like ‘clockwork’, very well organised by Michelle our travel expert.
We saw, Grizzly and Black Bears, Orca Whales, Moose, Porcupine, Bald Eagle and Chipmonks
The scenery was stunning and hotels were perfect as we travelled.
The prearranged excursions were all spot on.

Our trip to Georgia was utterly amazing the guide and driver were just everything one could hope for which made our trip to Georgia everything we could hope for amazing country thanks trail finders for making this possible
New update nightmare
The app was working, I updated to the new version and now it takes ages to login then when you press itinerary it crashes and closes. Can’t get in anymore, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing!
Logs you out even with remember me set
Sort of works - things not logically arranged for the user - probably best for trailfinders. Sort of a
Completely unnecessary app. A PDF of the itinerary would work As well if not better
I have an iPhone 16 and it Continually logs you out even with remember me set - forcing you to look up old emails for the reference number.
Quite frankly I would rather they sent me the PDF and saved all the faffing around

Very poor app
Constantly fails to open without putting in your details and references number - the remember me function does not work with any consistency.
Flight information is very basic and does not name airports , so has caused confusion where cities have other airports.
This app generally is poor and needs a lot of work- its basic and outdated when compared to other similar- unfortunately theres no option at the moment.

Currency Converter
The app is generally excellent, with all the information we needed for our recent trip to South Africa. However, could I suggest you look at the Currency Converter section of the app? The results of the conversion are displayed in white text against an off-white background and are virtually illegible. Change the text to black please. App v.10.0.27.

As another reviewer states… you have now got a side panel window which does not close… even though you added a button to that effect. It blocks a third of the screen.
Would be great if app developers actually test their product before releasing it.
In response to your comment … just open the latest version of it on an iPad for yourselves… and actually I now find you are aware of the issue afterall and deploying a fix shortly! 👍🏻

App is inconsistent across iOS and android
The logon surname field does not accept apostrophes in iOS but in android versions it does. Both apps should have the same behaviour

Trail app
It’s a brilliant app, it really helped us with 6 flights, guided tours & 7 different accommodations.
Obscured View
The latest update 10.00 has a side panel to select profile, website etc. It covers the right hand third of the main screen, obscuring a third of the main content and there doesn’t seem to be any was of closing it. Renders the app completely useless. Hopefully a bug that will be quickly fixed. Otherwise this is a great and app and vital when travelling as it makes storage and access to tickets and itinerary so easy.
