Excellent Online Check-in Experience
The online check-in process through the Virgin Atlantic app was quick, simple, and seamless. Everything was easy to navigate, from checking in to accessing our boarding passes and confirming our seat allocation.

India to London both ways
I am so impressed with the way this app is working making my job so easy and comfortable. It has streamlined my tasks, allowing me to focus on what truly matters. So far no issues
Haven’t taken the flight yet, but so far everything has been so easy to do from here. Can’t wait to get on this plane and try everything.
Login Repeatedly
Why do I need to login every time I open the app. Like I can close it for 30 mins and then have to re-login, including 2FA waiting for an email. Why can’t you let me use faceID? Also, let’s have most of the functionality just be in an embedded browser window rather than natively in the app. That makes sense. Just an awful user experience.

All Good with exception
Everything going smoothly except I cannot order my meal through the app or the website. It is saying that there’s a problem with the ordering service. I will have to wait until till I board the plane.
Virgin Atlantic app
This trip is a few firsts for me, first time flying Virgin, first time booking a holiday through Virgin, first time visiting America. The app made it all smooth and stress free. I chose the hotel, with the help of Google Earth, chose our seats and paid. Online check in through the app has gone smoothly. All I have to worry about now is get there on time.

Keeps you informed all the way
I am pleased with the fact that I can use the app to track how far ahead my traveling date is from the moment that I booked with Virgin Atlantic. I can check in, change seats, select my meals,check flight schedules etc on the app.

I downloaded the app, became a frequent flyer member and checked onto my flight in less than 15 minutes. Solid.

This app does not have tracking of flight, app cannot find flight after login need to manually add pnr every time you login
