Can’t book flights?
For the last week it’s been glitchy and not letting me book flights, the landing page is either blank or reloads to blank after I’ve scrolled down. What is the actual point of this glitchy rubbish
Delayed boarding
What’s the point of displaying a boarding time when it won’t be followed. 20 minutes delayed. Flight va383.
Useless check in
Have tried numerous times to check in using the app and website. It showed promise that it MAY work, however after choosing seat selection and paying for that- it would not let me check in. Over a number of hours and hours have tried multiple times on the app and website to no avail. This happens every time I fly- would be an excellent feature if it even mabye sometimes worked.

Virgin is my number one airline for travel. Super easy process and customer service are fantastic to deal with, not only via telephone but in person, so obliging and make everything feel easy! I’ll continue to remain a loyal customer for many years to come… 🥰

Worst airline ever
Virgin must be the worst airline ever. I fly with them at least twice a month for work and the flights are delayed more often than on time. The service is also extremely poor at the bag check in with staff often not attending until the last minute. If you have the option choose another airline!
Desktop Check-in
When I place a return flight booking online, I only receive an automated email reminder to check in for the return flight….but not the initial flight. I can get around it but it is odd….

Unable to create an account, very stressful when you have to check your flights on line
Not able to book return flights
This app has some frustrating shortcomings. Namely, the option for booking a return flight doesn’t work and its impossible to cancel an incomplete booking. Don’t bother with the app. Just use the website for booking.
Seat selection fault
There is no way to exit paid seat selection and delete the chosen seat if you change your mind. Most airlines allow free seat selection after check in, but when I began to choose a preferred seat it didn’t show me a cost until after I saved it. So I then had to choose another seat for my partner. There needs to be a way to opt out before payment other than skip seat selection which doesn’t work after save.
