Worst airline ever
Virgin must be the worst airline ever. I fly with them at least twice a month for work and the flights are delayed more often than on time. The service is also extremely poor at the bag check in with staff often not attending until the last minute. If you have the option choose another airline!
Desktop Check-in
When I place a return flight booking online, I only receive an automated email reminder to check in for the return flight….but not the initial flight. I can get around it but it is odd….

Unable to create an account, very stressful when you have to check your flights on line
Not able to book return flights
This app has some frustrating shortcomings. Namely, the option for booking a return flight doesn’t work and its impossible to cancel an incomplete booking. Don’t bother with the app. Just use the website for booking.
Seat selection fault
There is no way to exit paid seat selection and delete the chosen seat if you change your mind. Most airlines allow free seat selection after check in, but when I began to choose a preferred seat it didn’t show me a cost until after I saved it. So I then had to choose another seat for my partner. There needs to be a way to opt out before payment other than skip seat selection which doesn’t work after save.

My virgin Australia airline experience
Virgin Australia is the best airline as it is very clean and tidy, the flight was very great and when I booked economy it was worth the price more leg room and was worth the price the service from the flight attendants are absolutely amazing, lots of movies and show via virgin Australia entertainment, we always get there on the estimated time and the flight attendants are so nice and friendly, Overall I highly recommend going on the virgin Australia airline as it is a better airline in my opinion so 5 star rating for the amazing virgin Australia

Virgin lost our luggage
Both of our bags have not arrived to our destination in Vietnam due to a stuff up by Virgin. 4days we’re in the dark and they blame another airline that never got them. Our patience and loyalty are seriously being tested here. What customer service that makes you smile? Pathetic.
