Camera Setting is Garbage
No ability to allow the camera to focus, making it incredibly difficult to scan an ID
Test run
It’s not working all of a sudden I was allowed to be a part of the test run where it was working and my ID was secured but now I’m not able to use the feature. I’ve uninstalled and re-downloaded with no solution. I don’t know what you guys did but put it back.

Fails
I have had this for a while and have used it about a dozen times. Recently it stated I needed to update it. It will not scan my license and each time it fails, you have to start from the beginning only to find it fails and you are back in that loop.
Fix the App
Read the critical reviews. The app needs to get an update because it doesn’t work right now. Listen to the consumer !
Code didn’t work
I received the code in the mail, tried entering it, and it didn’t work. They sent me another one, but it made me start over and now won’t work at all. Waste of time.

Camera scan of id does not work. I have valid id and have used numerous other apps with same function. Camera operation on this app is nonfunctional.

Doesn’t work
Easy to set up, not accepted anywhere. I’ve tried at numerous locations and does nothing when scanned. Has caused great frustration.
App failed
Loaded app and it appeared to work fine. After a few weeks the app would open but then show an error message/mostly blank screen and be unresponsive otherwise. Deleted app completely then reloaded and rescanned ID. Seems to be working ok but I know have zero faith in it working when I might actually need it.

Very poor directions.
I would never have succeeded without the help of Google Gemini. I thought going outside would be a wonderful idea for excellent lighting. Having been an amateur photographer. I knew that that was a very diffuse light because it was partly cloudy, but Gemini said that you shouldn't have a bright light behind you. It also gave some other hints. I had failed about six times before I succeeded on my android this phone which is an iPhone 13 it succeeded first time, but I already knew about the lighting issues
