Need notifications
Good company but they need to update the app and add notifications to let us know what time of the day or night the alarm is being turned on or off.

This is the worst app I’ve ever used .. DMP needs to correct this. It’s shameful.
This app is spotty at best trying alarm and disarm from your phone
Constant problems
We have had constant problems with the hardware and the app. We’ve had a service technician come to the house and are still experiencing problems. We were told to just reboot the system each time there was a problem and that should fix it. After four reboots, we are still experiencing problems.

terrible
my store will be robbed in the time it takes to log into your account via the app and arm your system. after putting in your PW, it just continuously says connecting for a while then connection timed out. so you’ll exit the app > launch it again > go through this painful process at least 15 times. after about 15 min / attempts later, you can eventually get in and arm your system. hopefully your business or home isn’t robbed in this time

Slow to react. App will not disarm a false alarm. Events don’t automatically update. App randomly logs you out.

Sometimes it takes five or six and one time up to 14 tries to arm or disarm the alarm it keeps timing out, and I have good signal
