There’s bugs in this app tht’s need constant rectifying. Pls call the bug exterminator or get some bug spray.

Since app was updated it’s just useless. Why have you taken away all the useful functions like being able to report maintenance issues and being able to see when your parcels have been delivered ..... the app is just confusing and has no function
Login doesn’t work
When I log into the vita website it works but when I try to login the app a giant x keeps popping up and it’s frustrating

I can’t log in and I’ve had no response from the support team, and reception can’t help either!
Difficult to use
App is very difficult to navigate, not user friendly at all. Very difficult to do the basic things that the app should be there for such as booking rooms, reporting maintenance faults etc. Now it’s much more based on interacting with people and seeing events, which is still difficult to use and the basic things should be easier to find. Old app was much more user friendly.
