not being funny yeah but they are nice bikes but i got one and it was £3 bit it was on not for 30 mins bit i was with my friends having a good time and time is passing by quickly so obviously im not realising the time and it’s made me pay extra for not ending it and took money out my account i get it was my fault but i personally also think there would be warnings to tell you when to end your session

Bikes are great, system sucks
There is never any parking spaces left so you end having to park 30 min walk away from ur destination. On multiple occasions I’ve pressed reserve to find my bike gone somehow with someone using it even though I never pressed start.

New Update ask me upload driving license again since I used it years. Worst they allow me to buy plan but when I wanna ride i need upload iD? I supposed to get this notification before purchase scammers agent dont help me at all i late for work cuz bad management . People supposed to be notified . After I buy plan I get like upload driver license lol not bad . Scam is real when I ask for refund agent tell me cancel ur plan

The worst e-scooter app
Very restrictive in locations to park, a person may as well walk the whole journey instead. The mechanism to hold the phone for navigation is so poor my phone fell out and smashed the camera lens, which ment when I tried to take a photo of the scooter in a parking location, I got FINED because the photo wasn’t of a good enough quality (due to their sub-standard equipment).

Very disappointing experience from start to finish.
I was charged unfairly due to a parking issue caused by the app/system, yet when I raised my concerns, the response I received was cold and dismissive. What frustrated me most was being told that my refund was a "courtesy." It was not a courtesy. The refund was money that should never have been charged in the first place.
There were other bikes, including Voi bikes, parked in the same location, so it made no sense that I was not allowed to end my ride there and was instead required to cycle several more minutes to another parking spot. This resulted in additional charges being applied to my account.
To be clear, I am not disputing the cost of my original 26-minute ride. I accept that my ride time had expired. My complaint is about the extra charge taken from my card because of the parking issue, which I believe was completely unfair.
The poor customer service and lack of accountability have left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I will not be using this company again.
