Voi is useless now
You can’t park anywhere and there’s no parking zones so it’s just useless now I used to regularly buy passes and love it but it’s so terrible now I am getting my own electric bike. So disappointing and the customer service is AI and terrible. Goodbye.

Utterly useless company with almost zero support on the ground and far too few parking spots - not to mention the glitches with the app and times you just can’t even unlock a bike that make this a totally unreliable means of transport… please leave our cities and let a more capable company try this again!

Useless in London
Only available in about 2 boroughs and the app shows phantom bike availability. Yes the bikes are better, but useless until coverage is citywide

Voi is great when it comes to the bike and price.
It’s the parking that’s terrible! There literally isn’t anywhere you can park a Voi bike and the map hardly works to find parking. Even when you go to a parking spot it won’t let you end ride and says you can’t park there….. even though you’re in a parking area in the map. Complete shambles!
So now when I do a long ride I go for Lime as finding parking is a lot easier.

I live in Montreal, Canada where have Bixies but I never used them. I’m here in Copenhagen and decided to go for it. Great bikes, 25 kmh in two pedal strokes almost. Awesome to get around and not expensive. Highly recommended. Look for the red bikes!

No indication I was in a no parking zone. Had to turn back and cycle about a mile in the other direction to park. I’d understand if I’d gone miles out but I was in central London
Worst electric bike company
First off the 3 rides for free discount charges you £5 so… obviously not free. Secondly, in restricted areas where it should slow you down actually just becomes incredibly hard to cycle not just limiting your speed. Thirdly it doesn’t not indicate until you want to park how far the parking area is so it wanted me to cycle 30 mins away to park. Charged me for the time I spent trying to end my ride. Awful!!!

I got a voi pass for £5.99 for 60min/1hour, I ended my ride and charged me £11.50 tho I had a pass for it, it says *60 minutes free then £0.25 per minute*
