How can anyone say they are enjoying this app, everything has been a battle since this was introduced to me and internet banking was abruptly cancelled without forewarning. Even now I can’t not make transfer from my account. Horrible, horrible and horrible!.

There’s never been a day that I’m proud to be a user of this mobile app let alone a Polaris Bank customer. The app is always malfunctioning and not showing account to debit when making transactions

Network always slow. Banking system always poor. Other banks are working fine but Polaris bank always slow. Just to transfer money network bad, microfinance banks are fast while Polaris bank is always slow for the past decades. You guys can do better. Isn’t everytime you will be giving customers hard time to send money and do transactions with your bank

This bank has the most useless customer care support… secondly the app is nothing to write home about. Thirdly,someone can send you money and it would successful on their end but then here is a bank that never reflect the money in your account

You literally can’t do anything on the app asides make transfers. All the features don’t work. You can’t upgrade your account via the app or make a dispute. If it’s not gonna work why include it?
