This bank has the most useless customer care support… secondly the app is nothing to write home about. Thirdly,someone can send you money and it would successful on their end but then here is a bank that never reflect the money in your account

You literally can’t do anything on the app asides make transfers. All the features don’t work. You can’t upgrade your account via the app or make a dispute. If it’s not gonna work why include it?

Very bad. Your bank cannot give a customer simple transaction receipt of a particular inflow or outflow. Both in your branches (physical) or on your applications.
Poor service
I have been going to my branch to get my card since last year December till date June 2026, they’ve been telling me no card available,and I also need to verify my profile on my app I can’t do that without atm card or token (also asked for token not available) I haven’t been able to withdraw money from the acct since then.

Bad, you guys network is recently bad now. And I’m still in tier 2 despite the fact that I have upgraded my account.

VULTe App is Sħ!t
Nigeria has over 800k professionals software engineers and Web-App Developers. Polaris team still can’t employ good Software engineers and Web-App Developers to fix their buggy App , I can’t buy Airtime, Data nor even Transfer my own money. Honestly if there is half star I will rate the VULTe App half star out of 5 .
