No redeeming qualities
Misleading coverage terms. Claims always rejected for obscure reasons. Cancellation fees if you cancel before reaching a full year. Stay away!
Terrible
Highly would not recommend. They overcharge and take your money but when you need to submit a claim for reimbursement, it “isn’t covered” worst mistake I’ve ever made.

This plan is a joke, they wouldnt reimburse me at all and have robotic 'slick' answers. Jaedon is a disrespectful person who says he has no authority yet is the 'head of customer service' dont buy any plans from them!!

Think Hard Before Using This Insurance
Is it easy to submit a claim? Yes. Is it a fast turn around time after submitting a claim? For the most part.
But that’s where the perks of this company end. The first annoying thing is that there is no phone number to contact them, you just have to rely on email and their chat service.
However that is not the most infuriating part of this company. The most ludicrous thing is that my policy was canceled after a year because…..I actually filed claims with them and they had to “pay me to much money”.
That is correct, I was canceled because I used the insurance I paid for. I spoke with the VP and he said their was absolutely nothing that can be done, but if I wanted to in the future I could sign up any other pets I may get with their company.
I work in the veterinary industry and will 100% never recommend them to any other clients, nor will I ever use them again. They have comprised the care of my pets that I had insured with them, as they are now no longer insurable with any other company due to pre existing conditions now.
This company is a joke and one of the ones that gives insurance a bad name and reputation.

East, fast, and cost savings!
This app is so easy to use, just take a picture, fill out quick info, and submit. I just have the deluxe wellness plan. Most of my claims were reimbursed the same day. One claim was initially denied but after I reached out, they responded quickly and said they would reach out to the vet to confirm. The claim was reimbursed within a very reasonable timeframe despite the minor delay. The regular monthly costs also prevent large spending all at once and also end up costing less than it would to separately pay for all of the items that would be covered under the plan.

So fast and so easy - get wellness!
So I got the wellness plan a little bit ago and just submitted my first claim today. I submitted a claim through the app and it was as easy as taking screenshots of my email and attaching them and hitting the submit button. Like COULD NOT BE EASIER!!
Claim submitted at 5:44pm PST and I got the money in my Venmo account at 6:10pm PST! That is less than 30 minutes. I’m not even home from the vet yet. What is this magic???

Love reimbursement for out of pocket
Been using wagmo for almost a year now. Super easy to reimburse for out of pocket expenses. Glad to use the app to easily upload receipts and keep everything in one place!
