Good

Tai-chi Walk

Great way to get back into exercising after illness. I wish there were more Tai-chi than 28days. I tried some others but were too much for a person with a bad hip. Please add more Tai-chi

Free app, but have to pay for a subscription.

It’s free to download, but after you complete the beginning survey you have to purchase a subscription before you can use the app. No free trials to even see if it’s something that would work for you. So completely waste of time.

Day 2

Great so far. I can keep up.

Obese

I like it! It’s my first day and I’m hooked. Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow. And every day after that. 💪
