The advertisement said the app was based around telling you how many steps you need to walk each day to reach your goal. There is nothing in the app that I can see that talks about walking at all other than a morning walking challenge it does not tell you what It promised.

I purchased the app back in April. Looked into, decided it was too much per month.. over £30. More than my local gym!!! So cancelled. Do I thought. Today I get a call from the fraudulent team and highlight the payments have been continuing.

Scam- Beware
I cancelled immediately but was still charged and 3 months later I was again 3 times what I originally paid. Credit card company couldn’t block it as “walking yoga” change their name but still had rights to take subscription. I contacted them while payment was pending they said they would cancel it but payment has been taken £59.98! When I originally paid £21. BEWARE

I cancelled my subscription within two days of an automatic renewal for £59.99 and never used the app after the payment was taken. The subscription wasn’t visible in my Apple subscriptions because it renewed via Apple Pay, and I received no reminder before the payment was taken.
Customer support repeatedly sent what appeared to be standard template responses and refused to escalate my request or offer any goodwill refund.
Be aware that if you sign up, you’ll need to set your own reminder, as refunds don’t appear to be considered even if you cancel immediately and don’t use the service.

Doing scam & taking money
Basically this app is doing a scam with the another mind-way app. I know I took subscription for this app and cancelled the subscription for on time. But after one month they charged me 48$ for service that I didn’t chose and wasn’t showing on apple wallet. I read all of the reviews for these two apps and all people are saying same thing.

Do NOT use this app. Signed up for a couple of months then decided not to use as found other ways to monitor exercise. 5 months on from cancelling still taking payments! Have had to involve my bank and also reported to trading standards

They will trick you to signup a free trail which will renew monthly without notice. There is no easy way to cancel subscription!!!
Unauthorized Charges After Subscription Cancellation
This is a serious scam. I canceled my subscription on June 9 and then again on June 21, yet I was still charged for both June and July.
I contacted the company by email, and they refused to issue a refund, even though I have screenshots showing that I received confirmation emails stating that my subscription had been canceled.
Charging customers after they have canceled their subscription is completely unacceptable. I have clear evidence that I canceled the service, yet I was still billed and then denied a refund.

Be very wary of these guys, just been charged £59.78 which is allegedly the post trial payment. I’d unsubscribed, couldn’t even login with a password reset !

Neurodivergents, BEWARE; too expensive & no refund NO MATTER WHAT (predatory jerks)
This may be a lovely app; I wouldn’t know as it was never compelling enough for me to use it. But it was paired with an app the purported to help with ADHD so I got the free trial. I don’t think I even tried one workout. Then it auto-renewed an ANNUAL subscription that was over $200. I reached out to customer service immediately to explain the situation and ask for a refund. Nope. “The renewal was processed correctly” so they can’t offer my money back. They can see that I literally NEVER used the app. Charlatans. If you know you’ll cancel in time, maybe give it a try? I can’t speak to the app itself. If you want a $200+ app that has reasonable customer support, STEER CLEAR OF THIS ONE.

Don’t waste your money
Do not get sucked in and waste your money like I did. Totally useless. Also note that you get tied into a subscription that is not clear and very easy to miss.

DO NOT get this app. Complete scam. I bought a 1 month plan for £11:99 and did not subscribe for anything else and one month later they have charged my credit card £31.98 and refusing to refund me.

The app os free but you have to pay in order to get your plan, so basically it’s a paid app. So I deleted it. I was hoping for a free basic plan to help me lose some weight but I guess I’ll just ask ChatGPT to write me one.
