Locked out saying my username is wrong now I have two apps that don’t work I work at sea so I have missed a payment because of the app change rubbish

The NatWest payment would not work. Tried it twice. Usually it works straight away. But it not working today.

I just wanted to tick pay statement account and neither the website or app would not let me.
